I paid $60 for a thirty minute trainer to show me who never called me to cancel and I don't think I'm getting my money back. I wrote to the manager before her vacation and have to wait another week until she gets back to discuss my refund. careless and irresponsible. the gal who sits at the desk in the sign up sheets will not help with the equipment. (as I was told by another team member that she should have at least tried to help a little ). so how can a gym be so UNSUPERVISED uncaring and delinquent. there should be one rover during operational hours. I have been to other gyms but this one is hands down the worst as far as helping the customer within a decent amount of time. I live around the corner and dont want to travel 20 minutes away to another gym. I don't know if I'm over exerting myself on the stepper. There should be a mandatory introduction to a gym to prevent injuries. There was at plantation bay where I lived previously. and this is Advent care? Don't recognize the high standards that I associate with Advent! Also worst customer service the 20 y.o who was not helpful would not tell me her name when I told her I was going to report her and then called security. I will still be doing report to the higher ups about her lack of willingness to help. She does not belong working in that capacity. The Friday gal was outstanding and willing to help but they were closing. They need to look at their policy and hire someone to show them how to prevent injuries and show the customer some respect.

You hear patients complaining to other patients in the rehab dining about how bad the food is. Families speak about it to each other. Overheard a therapist say "I know you hate the food but it's fuel." This veteran said he can't touch it. There is NO NUTRITION ON YOUR MENU. Not a single vegetable on the menu that isn't processed. The rehab facility and staff are amazing but you do your patients a disservice by wasting their precious recovery by literally giving them trash can food. You'd might as well serve them McDonalds ever day. Fire your RD's! Bring 21st century nutritionists and chefs into your practice. Food is health. It's bad food that has most likely landed people here in the first place.

He is doing awesome…read moresince the surgery Jan. 2nd 2018 Dr Ratree discusses his medical conditions and the medications that he is taking. She asks about his eating habits. Thankfully, she advises him on better and more healthy nutrition. The exercises are clearly explained and demonstrated on what he should be doing for re-hab. Dr Ratree had him doing the exercises at her facility which he also had to do at home. She clearly explains what the exercises do for improving better mobility. She was careful to explain how she would help me strengthen my hip and increase my range of motion. She carefully reviewed each exercise and how it would help me. Her mantra was do them SLOWLY. She took pictures of my gait as I walked. I went from walking "not too normal" to almost 100% normal. She suggested what exercises I was okay to do such as walking and yoga. She showed me exercises for the Swiss ball, Bosu ball, and exercise bands as well as mat exercises. She showed me exercises to help further release my hips. I told her I had a gym at my condominium where I could continue to do these things. Amazon also likes me because everything she had used on me I purchased lol. Dr. Ratree is a very caring and sensitive person. Great one on one communication. Additionally, I got laser treatments for pain. Highly recommend that too. She is like a detective and finds that pain. I was actually sad to leave but also so grateful for her help. My range of motion on my right leg has gone from near zero to near normal, and I'm going to continue working on it. Now my husband is going to her for hamstring treatment. Her clinic is different from other PT places I have experienced because it is not someone trying to just get you through a routine. I found her explanations very motivating.
