Starting with Mary Ellen and Myrna out front and my workouts with Denise, Brian & Phil; everyone's professionalism and expertise was consistent throughout my 6 week engagement. Seemed like they knew exactly when to show the correct way to do a specific exercise, add a little more weight or reps, and encourage when it "appeared" to be a little too much. Day one I hobbled in with two crutches and bounded out on my last day of therapy skipping and hopping. Would highly recommend you avoid the fall but...if you need PT, this is a great place to heal. This was after three days of trying to reach someone to confirm the location -- and being told by their voicemail not to leave more than one message. No one ever called me back. When I finally reached someone after leaving the Ormond office, she said she would contact Orange City and call me right back. That call never came either. I drove to the second location on my own, only to be told I could not be seen and would need to make yet another appointment. By then, I had wasted half my day, two unnecessary trips, and my own gas because of their complete lack of communication and coordination. No patient should have to deal with this level of disorganization. My time has value, and I fully expect the doctor to pay the invoice I submitted for the time, mileage, and inconvenience caused by their repeated mistakes. This office needs serious internal fixes before more patients are affected.
