You hear patients complaining to other patients in the rehab dining about how bad the food is. Families speak about it to each other. Overheard a therapist say "I know you hate the food but it's fuel." This veteran said he can't touch it. There is NO NUTRITION ON YOUR MENU. Not a single vegetable on the menu that isn't processed. The rehab facility and staff are amazing but you do your patients a disservice by wasting their precious recovery by literally giving them trash can food. You'd might as well serve them McDonalds ever day. Fire your RD's! Bring 21st century nutritionists and chefs into your practice. Food is health. It's bad food that has most likely landed people here in the first place.

As of 3/20/2026, PLEASE FIND YOURSELF SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO‼‼‼ I went in for my appointment on Friday 3/20/26. Saw the nurse practitioner. The nurse practitioner can't write a prescription for narcotics. I had knee replacement surgery on 2/27/26, with PT 3 times a week. So I need a form of pain medicine to manage the pain. Well, my appointment was at 7:50am at the Port Orange, FL location. Had the appointment paid my copay and went on about my day. At 4:00pm I noticed that I hadn't received a notification from my pharmacy to pick up my prescription. Florida Pain Management closes at 4:30pm. I called and spoke with someone named Sarah. She stated she would put a rush on getting my information into the doctor so that it got to the pharmacy in time before closing. Well would you guess what???? YOU GOT IT. The office closed. I HAVE NO MEDICATION TO TAKE. That leaves me to try and reach my surgeon OR to go to the nearest ER for pain medication to at least get me through the weekend. WHY SHOULD I INCUR A ER BILL FOR A PRESCRIPTION THAT FLORIDA PAIN MANAGEMENT WAS PAID TO WRITE???? Why should I be jumping through hoops at all??? I should be at rest. Instead, it feels like a train has taken my leg, my blood pressure is sky high and of course FLORIDA PAIN MANAGEMENT HAS NO AFTER HOURS CALL LINE FOR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS THAT THEY CAUSED. Florida Pain Management needs to find an on site physician so that ppl will not have this issue and they can receive their medication on time. The nurse is arrogant and condescending and the doctor a waste of money and time. Definitely look for somewhere better.
