Firstly, let me say that the final product is very good - but the experience and timelines were out to lunch and the experience overall was horrible and very stressful. Firstly, they do have designers who had specs on our kitchen but when it came time for the install, many problems were encountered. Certain things didn't fit and appliances could not possibly work where they were so things had to be redesigned and we lost a lot of kitchen cabinet space in the redesign. After the contract was signed and they had half of our money it was also very difficult to get a hold of them and they were very slow at calling back. We were scheduled for a one day install and they came on the first day and things didn't work so we ended up finally having a finished kitchen about 2 MONTHS later!! Many cabinets had to be redone to accommodate specs for appliances, sinks, etc. - specs that they had well in advance of the build and install. They were terrible at keeping us apprised of developments or progress unless I was hounding them. And to top it all off, one of the installers who was working by himself, brought his girlfriend in with him to help (albeit unbeknownst to his superiors who did seem very miffed when this was brought to their attention). They told us we could select granite at a certain class or below and when we chose one in that class they said it would cost more.
