Waited for the…read moreMemorial weekend sale on decking...just happened to go in Friday before and was told it was the last day...wasn't on the weekend ???. Having been told all product was on sale, found mine not listed on the flyer. Go figure.Manager extended sale to my product. recieved my decking a week later. Noticed a few with damage from strapping. Once I opened the load, 10 of 38 boards had serious scratches, some had imbedded rocks, 3 of 4 fascia not usable..at $100 plus each, handling in the supply chain and shipping leaves a lot to be desired. Sales guy got Timbertech to cover and replace. After nearing completion, needed 4 more boards to finish, specifically asked for new product. 3 of 4 came scratched...again, also realized I had been sold a supersize box of hidden fasteners for 500 sq ft...my deck is 250....so half left. $480 a box..vs. $299 for 1/2 box....so out another $180...yeah, sorry about that man....not going to talk about the inconsistencies in color, thickness, quality of the framing wood.... People seem friendly enough, just not quite customer centric.

I paid a deposit for tiles, counters, cabinets etc but I refused to sign their contract which states no cancellations, no refunds, and no recourse to legal action. they agreed to continue under that condition that our dealings were unconditional. later, thru numerous delays by them and their spec house developer jt construction and design, I cancelled and wanted my deposit back. they argued until they were blue in the face that they were right and I was wrong. they refused to give me my deposit back, so basically they thought unjust enrichment was their right. eventually got a lawyer involved and managed to get most of my money back from home port interiors/options cabinetry and jt construction and design. they will never believe that the customer is king, so save your time, and reduce your stress levels by going somewhere where you are valued. the other reviewers are right, STAY AWAY. i'll try and post a copy of the contract, the tiny print is impossible to read unless you are determined, as I was.

It was so bad and driving me crazy. This job was too small for others I contacted or they couldn't get to it for weeks. I called Homesource and Mark set up an appointment in just a few days. So affordable too. Mark replaced the hinges which helped immensely. That was the first of a two-part great job. After he left the door jamb started making cracking (?) sounds when opened and closed. I contacted Mark again and he and Nick showed up and fixed the issue for good. They were so responsive, professional, and timely...no waiting for 6 weeks, etc. Friendly, honest, customer-oriented service for sure. I highly recommend them. Jordan came off as an honest hard-working guy and all though I could do most of the work myself I…read moreneeded to hire someone to do the floor trim, completely new doors and trim and shower tile because of a serious lower back injury that I had a fusion for and a torn shoulder and left elbow and left wrist from at that time recent work injury. I needed our new house completed so my wife and 2-year-old could move in, so I hire Jordan and we hit it off because we have the same neurosurgeon, so I felt a sense of ease and trust. The doors are crooked from the ceiling and the trim is off around the doors. I have had guests and other contractors comment on them and I was told it was " because my house is so out of level" by Jordan and that he was booked out for a year when we finally did the walkthrough, but when I pulled out a level and a measuring tape that is not the case. I shouldn't have to caulk half-inch gaps. I will have to say the shower is super janky, and they left without completing it, the grout is cracking already and is porous when they should have used the epoxy, I supplied to them. which they didn't. I didn't even get a chance for a walk-through with my wife before he emailed my wife and asked her for 2nd half of the payment before they were finished and without consulting me first when I was the one you were dealing with. Not to mention the mess they left after the doors and trim; I will see you in court apparently you can't text us back. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AND WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE WORK. If you want to fix this stuff and quit treating me and my wife like were idiots we can remove this and not seek legal counsel.
