The review of the Phrase, "Economic Injury"
Zealand G.

My vehicle was involved in Two incidents and in January of 2024. I have been a loyal full paying customer from everything and all inclusive coverages and have still not been covered. I was disrespected and lied to I would not recommend progressives business. Huge shout out to the following individuals who wasted my time, money, resources and energy. - Wade Bell - Kathrine Doyle - Jason Mcconkie - Krysten Nielsen - Justin R King - Jordan P Gunther - Shawn Magley - Nikki Amber

Proof of the money deducted from my account.

The last 2 months I paid $350 a month. Today, Progessive deducted $611 from my account with any communication explaining the additional funds being deducted from my account. For this reason I prefer executing payments myself versus direct debit. Beyond Frustrated!!!!

Fast and efficient call, got to know a lot that was never tough by my mortgage company.read more

My husband has been working on getting an answer on a claim since June 26th of this year. He's been…read moretold he'd have an answer within the next day or two 2 weeks ago at this point. Our agent claims she's going to stay on top of it and follow up with updates regularly. Unfortunately, still the same patterns. Claim is still open, still no resolution, still being given the runaround with rather little communication. He was the one who had to reach out twice last week after waiting over a week to hear from anyone. The last incoming call he received was on 9/23. All outbound calls have since received automated responses like "I'll call you back shortly or I'll call you back in 5 minutes" to never receive that call. He reported everything promptly, cooperated with every single document request, sat for whatever they asked, and provided a complete paper trail. In return, the claim was routed to a third-party Special Investigations Unit and I received a Reservation of Rights letter that cherry-picked an unrelated inspection report to argue the damage was somehow pre-existing, rather than seriously engaging with the actual sequence of events. Beyond the claim handling itself, the communication has been the most frustrating part. The assigned agent has told me "I'll follow up tomorrow" more times than he can count, and tomorrow never comes. No proactive updates, no accountability, just repeated promises that go nowhere. He's had to be the one chasing status on our own claim, almost every single time. For a company that markets itself on "customer advocacy," this has been the opposite experience. If you're evaluating homeowners insurers, factor in not just the premium, but whether a company actually shows up when you need them during a claim. Based on our experience, this one does not. Get everything in writing, and don't be surprised if you need outside help (attorney/public adjuster) to get movement.
