Greg was nice at first, but never returned my calls. Even after voicing my concerns to State Farm headquarters, the problem persisted. After over a year of putting up with this, I finally switched agents. When I spoke with my new agent, I specifically requested not to be contacted by Greg since I had reached my limit. Less than 2 hours later I get a phone call from someone demanding if I had fired them. That unannounced someone was the elusive Greg Rollins. Literally only the 2nd time he had ever managed to return my call in a timely manner. After a very awkward conversation where I patiently explained his "firing", and he denied all his shortcomings, I again requested not to be contacted by him again.
