Greg was nice at first, but never returned my calls. Even after voicing my concerns to State Farm headquarters, the problem persisted. After over a year of putting up with this, I finally switched agents. When I spoke with my new agent, I specifically requested not to be contacted by Greg since I had reached my limit. Less than 2 hours later I get a phone call from someone demanding if I had fired them. That unannounced someone was the elusive Greg Rollins. Literally only the 2nd time he had ever managed to return my call in a timely manner. After a very awkward conversation where I patiently explained his "firing", and he denied all his shortcomings, I again requested not to be contacted by him again. Since then, I have received numerous mailings, a phone call, and a text message. I feel like I have a stalker.

Progressive Insurance - Very Disappointing Experience…read more DONOT USE THEM - I had an extremely frustrating experience with Progressive. They added two non-licensed drivers to my policy without my authorization. When I contacted them to correct the issue, the representatives were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to properly address my concerns. Because the issue wasn't being resolved, I filed a complaint with the Department of Insurance. Instead of working with me to fix the problem, Progressive closed my account and claimed that I understood and agreed with their reasoning, which is simply not true. Now oweing money I shouldn't have to pay! Customers should not have drivers added to their policies without permission, and they certainly shouldn't be treated poorly when trying to resolve a billing or policy issue. Very disappointing experience and not the level of service I expected from a major insurance company.

progressive insurance is the worst provider i could have ever spent my time and money on. customer…read moreservice was a nightmare. my claim reviewer was out of state and argued the whole process with me. started out paying $1300 for a 6 month policy up front. i was toward the end of my policy date and i had changed coverages a month prior to reporting a claim for hitting a deer. i knew since my policy was about to end and the claims can take awhile that i should pay for another month in case the claim process ran through the month. and they had told me since my time stamps were different on my photos from the date of claim that i was trying to commit fraud. i had taken pictures of my car the night of accident, which was a sunday, and had made the claim the following tuesday. They had sent me a link to upload more pictures and i had taken them and sent them in. even tho the dates WERE WITHIN THE SAME WEEK they still denied my claim and then canceled me. Also, not refunding my $330 back for the month i paid for in which they were already canceling my anyways. i just was going to go through another insurance provider because progressive is the absolute worst. so now i still have a damaged car and no help from insurance which i had trusted to cover me when i paid the $1300. so really why the fuck do i even pay these people for NOTHING! OH EXCEPT FOR NOW MY INSURANCE BEING RAISED DUE TO A DENIED CLAIM!
