The waiting area was spotless and so inviting -- Bluey-themed decorations filled the space, and every TV was playing Bluey, which instantly put our daughter at ease. There were clean toy areas, books, and even interactive wall activities that kept her happy and entertained while we waited (which wasn't long at all!). The staff couldn't have been more friendly or informative. They made sure to explain everything to us clearly and, more importantly, made our daughter feel incredibly comfortable. Dr Yoomi Heo and her assistants were fantastic with making Kayla feel comfortable and excited about her visit to the dentist office. Kayla had a general check-up, x-rays taken and plaque removed today and the way the staff at 'Lots of Sunshine Dentistry' introduced her to the tools and procedures instantly made her feel secure about the visit and actually made her enjoy it so much she wanted to come back again tomorrow. I paid the extra $250 which the insurance company paid them and fought to get it reimbursed which after two months they did. Today I had new services which was approved by insurance and my cost identified. Yet at the end of the service the Doctor informed me it would be $40 more.
