I purchased this trip for a specific purpose, and after experiencing the loss of my mother and having to make that sacrifice, I had no choice but to cancel my travel plans. What I find extremely frustrating is that Allianz is now asking me to provide a death certificate in order to process my claim. The insurance companies they use will send cancellation notices to DMV even when they draft your account electronically (so it's never late). They told DMV my policy was cancelled (it never was) and caused my license to be suspended. Having with them as an agent for YEARS meant absolutely nothing. I was told basically "tough luck." Do better. If you say you did something you should have documentation of such. Being dismissive of clients and their plight surely won't get you any customers. I'll also make sure the clients I referr md to you know how you treat a paying established loyal customer. 2 weeks later: after cancelling my insurance policies with this company I'm still being auto-drafted. I stood in their office signing paper after paper. I specifically asked of this was all I needed to do to cancel my policies with them. I still have the stack of documents. But I'm still being charged. I don't write negative reviews very often, if ever. They really suck. Take your money elsewhere.
