I was really excited when Susan Redmond called me back after I sent her my information from my previous policy and told me she cut my cost by over 30% (I don't know if I'm allowed to give exact amounts but it was a lot) ! She even explained my coverage that I had before and how there were certain things I wasn't covered for before that I didn't even know about and she was able to place them in my current coverage even with the lower premium I'm now paying. I really like this agency, they are super nice and I thought it was so sweet how Susan went out of her way to look out for my best interest and explain my coverage before on top of what she found for me at a lower price and I didn't even ask her about doing that just to see if their were any other companies I could use for lower price.
