    For progressive as a whole not for this particular branch. I…read morehad several complaints that I wasn't going to voice until the grand finale of the deplorable "Coverage" for body repairs of my stolen 2016 Mini Cooper. I have full coverage and yet my policy as my agent is happy to convey, only allows Progressive to replace my body parts with after market/comparable parts although I don't have any after market parts currently on there. There has been no negotiations nor do I have an estimate on what if any addition funds are needed past my deductible. I've gotten an estimate from Progressive that is merely a rough draft of damages. I just want my Mini fixed with Mini parts, at this point, new or used but only Mini manufactured without additional cost to me.... I wish I had the knowledge I do now and read the reviews for Progressive before I patronized this company. Not only is there customer service poor and coverage deplorable, the rates continue to go up despite not filing a claim in the 3 years in the high tax state of Nj I've had auto and renters insurance. My car was stolen in Baltimore while visiting family nearly a month ago. After making sure I wasn't the criminal via checking my credit and investigating what happened, it took 4 days to get my car out the tow yard due to my agents lack of proper communication, I have listened to her baby crying in the background, made most of my business calls myself and chasing after the results of the progress made. Waited for the adjusters initial estimate to for body damage only to discover mechanical damsge. After expressing I didn't trust the body shop to replace my clutch with three other sources I requested the clutch and all work on my Mini Cooper be replaced by the dealer although it took another week for the car to get to the dealer they agreed and the nightmare of poor customer service and expensive deplorable coverage really began. Another week later and now the start of another week I have spoken to three "supervisors" in the past 4 days that all don't give a damn about nothing but saving Progressive money by putting non manufactured parts back on my vehicle and telling me I can pay the difference for the manufactured parts needed. In addition the full inspection of the car has not been performed meaning inside and outside the car for other possible glass or body damage and I have already been told what they are not willing to cover. I will never support Progressive again. I recommend ask all questions that can help you make the best choice for the best cost of coverage and what is covered. This company was satisfactory until I had to make a claim. That should be in the fine print on them commercials... "We're awesome until you have to make a claim..... They should spend less money on advertisement and focus more on the customer claim coverage! I'm so frustrated. Very dissatisfied thus far!
