I am so glad we did. The only link in the whole process that was handled with professionalism and real human care was Sue's at Storage Sense. Our unpackers (Them Movers; avoid at all costs) never showed and just left us hanging and the freight company (ABF) just left their trailer sitting in Storage Sense driveway for two days. Sue worked with us, allowed the trailer to sit while we arranged for Eric's Hauling and Moving to come help us out at the last moment. Secondary storage is a place I will NEVER entrust with my property again and DO NOT recommend. They hook you into month after month after month of leasing. Even with a 25 days notice, they say is unacceptable and **3333333are forced to charge another month. The owner, John and his side kick, Lynn are inexperienced business owners. There is no pro rating in terms of how many days of a particular month you occupy the unit. No consideration, no class! They threaten to auction your things and site these made up "laws" they claim they are forced to abide by. Owner also told me if I didn't like it, I should call state representative. Will not take partial payments! Refused my payments!

The pins needed to hold up the shelves are missing. Isaiah told me they were in my old home office tape together in a ball. I went back there and found nothing anywhere I looked. Afraid to sleep on either bed that they reassembled. I removed the photos and changed the rating because Jerome from Moving ahead did an excellent job of correcting all our issues. I view the measure of a company not only on the original work but how they handle any issues that occur from the move. Moving Ahead Services did an excellent job correctly every issue we had. Recently, we were even able to use the guardian box truck to help with a large move. Mike and Hope, at the Bridgeville location, did everything they could do to facilitate us making the move, and getting all our belongings safe, and where they needed to be; and some are still at guardian.
