The administration is not very helpful and they are very inept managing the funds they receive from the buy in payments. Nobody really knows what happened to the money they received during the pandemic. They are not transparent. The general manager was fired but we don't know why. I had an HOA issue and I went over to the New administrative building and was told I could not go to the accounting office. It is close to residence. You can call an email but nobody will respond. If you want to verify your HOA payment ....good luck. And why did they build a brand new admin build anyway when both of the clubhouses are moldy...? The greens one building is structurally unsound. You cannot get a bank loan to buy a condo there. Many people move in who should probably be an assisted living and sometimes it's dangerous for others. For example the disabled man who was living with his mom and accidentally burnt down 8 apartments. If someone parks in your assigned parking spot you can't do anything if you're Mutual president has control over it. You cannot call security or they cannot respond. I waited two years for my Mutual president to replace my faulty front door that blew open with a strong wind. I am moving out of here!!!
