My goal was to look refreshed and natural--not like I'd had surgery--and that's exactly what Dr. Lee achieved. Friends and family tell me I look amazing, but no one can pinpoint why. I simply look like a younger, well-rested version of myself. I was amazed by how little bruising I had after surgery. Within two weeks, I looked great and felt comfortable being out in public. I was lucky to connect with Ashley, who happened to be between clients at the front desk--and I'm so glad I did. She is an outstanding nurse practitioner and has truly transformed my skin. I came in with concerns about pigmentation from years of sun exposure, age spots, and possible melasma related to hormonal changes. Ashley took the time to listen, explain my options, and recommend a thoughtful, personalized approach. My goal was to achieve clearer, healthier skin so I could wear less makeup as I age--and she completely understood that "less is more," especially as makeup can settle into fine lines over time. I felt confident, informed, and genuinely cared for throughout the process. While I initially wanted fast results, she thoughtfully explained that great skin is an investment and a process--and that approach made all the difference. She wants you to be 100% satisfied with the results. My skin looks incredible, and I only regret not doing this sooner. Ashley genuinely cares about her clients and their results, and she is now my go‑to for all my aesthetic needs.

As a guy coming in for my first facial ever, that really meant a lot and set the tone for the whole visit. My facial was with Sarah Comas, and she was fantastic. She spent time doing a thorough consultation, asked great questions, and walked me through a proper skincare routine that actually made sense for my skin. She was friendly, educational, and checked in throughout the entire process. I had a lot of questions and she answered every single one patiently and clearly. I genuinely learned a lot during the appointment. The facial itself was relaxing but also felt purposeful not just a "feel good" treatment. I left feeling refreshed, informed, and confident about how to care for my skin moving forward. (Theres so much haha!) My sister recently won a giveaway here. At the last minute, she found out she was pregnant and understandably couldn't use the services, so she gifted them to me. I took time off work and drove an hour to my appointment, only to be told after arriving that they would not allow the service to be transferred. What bothered me most wasn't just the policy, but the complete lack of compassion or effort to find a solution. There was no empathy for the situation, no attempt to accommodate, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience after I had already made the trip. Customer service matters, especially for a business built on repeat clients and relationships. Unfortunately, due to how this was handled, I will not be returning or recommending this place.
