I came here assuming I would get what I paid for, but that was not the case I paid 189$ for the best film they had according to them and I paid for a lifetime warranty. A month or two after getting my windows tinted here there is holes in the film. I call them to ask them about this and they say it's because of the seatbelt or some outrageous explanation and they said the warranty can't cover that and they won't do anything. So I would not go here again and I recommend everyone to never come here especially since they charge that amount and do not stand by their warranty and seem as if they don't care what happens since they make it seem like it isn't there problem. read more

Very professional team and great work. My windows were tinted approximately 7 months ago. Recently I scratched the tint with my keys. I went back to get the window re-tinted and was prepared to pay, but the owner said he would redo it without an additional charge. The only catch was I had to come back a few hours later when he had time. It's great to know that there are still good businesses out there and everyone isn't trying to nickel and dime customers. Ismael and Eric are out of this world! The nicest gentlemen and they know their product & what they are doing. I've read all the reviews and had a car that needed tinting done so I called him earlier today and asked if he had time to tint 5 Windows of my car. Other places weren't so nice sounding over the phone and the quotes were ridiculous. He (Ismael) was so sweet and so personable over the phone and said he could do it same day. I went in and was greeted by smiling faces, he showed me where I could go wait (Starbucks a block down) or wait in his office until my car is finished. I was expecting this process to take a couple hours. Eric is very knowledgeable in his craft and he even answered some other questions I had regarding my car. All in all, it took them an hour and I'm very pleased with the results. I will recommend everyone to go to this shop. I had got a referral for this place and decided to get my tint done by them. Being that my friend got his car done I decided to not shop too much around and get it done here. After letting him know what I wanted to get done the price was reasonable. I said no problem, He said be back in 4 hrs. Due to he had to peel the old bubble tint of the back windshield. So 4 hrs later,,, they never called me back. I had to call them. On the phone he tells me, Oh we were JUST about to call you, AND BRING CASH!!!! I was like I don't have cash.. He INSITED ON CASH!! I mean INSITED! I didn't question him. I brought the cash. Once I paid him I saw that the tint was good, But as I looked at the back window (The one that had the bubbles) Still had bubbles at the top and the corners of the back window. I told him that looked ugly, Why wasn't the tint done properly? The owner was there the whole time but had some 15year old kid do my tint. I told the kid and the owner that I didn't like the tint. They inisted that there was nothing they can do! I insited that if be fixed but they just said it was MANUFACTER bullShizz... I was like get me my car keys and a receipt please. He said. WE DON'T HAVE ANYMORE RECEIPT PAPER. So I said, Ok. Give me a manual receipt. He writes on a black business card that you cannot tell what he wrote and just wrote the name of my car and thats it. I looked at him and said you gotta be shizzing me... He just said, YOUR CAR IS READY! I hopped in my car and left. F' this place. They just lost 7 referrals. I was going to send in 7 new clients to his business but after that. Forget it!! This place sucks!!!! read more

I made an appointment to bring my brand new car in and when I showed up they just expected me to hand over the key with NO Work order, NO receipt, no proof whatsoever that i had been there. I don't know about how trusting everyone else is, but this is the first establishment that i have ever dealt with that provides ZERO evidence of work performed. when I asked for a claim ticket or at least a write up (ANYTHING), they were incredibly insulting and said that they had WAY more expensive cars there and what did I think was going to happen. I'm sorry but that was INCREDIBLY RUDE and just plain bad business... i don't think i was asking for anything so outrageous but apparently they prefer to lose your business over taking a minute to write out a receipt. These guys did a great job on my wife's Honda Fit, very professional looking and quick given how many windows they had to do (9). All tint is holding up very well after about 4 months but our back window seems to screech when it's rolled back up after they put the door panels back on, like something was put on a little crooked or misaligned, other than that our car looks great!! I originally went to Breakers Stereo on Oxnard Blvd, BIG mistake. Huge! The customer service at Breakers Stereo provided by who claims is the owner, Jenn, was so horrible to say the least. Anyhow, I decided to go to Professional Window Tinting and I am most certainly glad I didnt give Breakers Stereo my business after the terrible experience with them. I am very content with the customer service provided by Ismael, the owner of Professional Window Tinting. Not only was he professional, but he helped me with everything Breakers Stereo said they could not and he guaranteed to do his best with no question on saving my defoggers. He was able to remove the old tint and retint, the window that was non operable. All he said he had to do was remove the panel. And he in fact saved my defogger. Do not settle for other businesses who do not strive for customer satisfaction. But do give your business to companies who put the customer first and who show integrity to the fullest. I found this place via Yelp and took two cars there. The guy was really nice and the price was fair. He gave me a deal for the two cars. The work that was done was really good! Want everyone to know that this is the best tint company in the entire state. The talent that this man has is second to none. The quality of the products he uses, is second to none also. I'm very picky about my vehicles and this man has done both of mine and the his work is perfect. I went there and had them do my full size escalade and every window is perfect. I just took it back to them and had them do the sides again because I wanted them to be a little darker. Once again they're perfect.
