Because it's a family owned business, I have given them multiple chances to do better and for me the last straw was the owner literally yelling at me to get out, when I gently asked if she would consider reducing the cost of the dress cleaning ($26) for the inconvenience of having to come back for one item. The woman yelled at me like I had suggested she refund my entire almost two hundred dollar service.
