At this point, I feel that the leasing office has provided residents with inconsistent and, at…read moretimes, incorrect information. It is extremely concerning that leasing staff are responsible for providing residents with important information regarding their leases, fees, renewals, and move-out requirements, yet there appears to be a lack of proper training and accountability when incorrect information is given. I have made multiple attempts to communicate with the leasing office regarding my lease and renewal. I was given information by staff that I relied upon when making decisions about my housing. However, when management changed, I was suddenly told that the leasing agent was unaware of the information or conversations that had previously taken place. This raises a serious question: What is the purpose of communicating with the leasing office if those conversations are not recognized or honored simply because they were not conducted through email? Residents should not be expected to anticipate that verbal conversations with leasing staff will later be disregarded. I am also requesting a clear explanation regarding the termination fee being discussed. If my current lease is reaching its natural expiration date, I need to understand why a termination fee would apply. Please provide the specific lease provision that authorizes this fee and explain exactly how it applies to my situation. I am further disappointed that previous complaints were escalated to a regional supervisor, yet I have not seen any meaningful accountability or resolution regarding the employees involved. Residents should be able to trust that concerns will be investigated and that employees will be properly trained to provide accurate information. It is also concerning to see leasing management actively promoting the property through videos and advertisements while residents are experiencing issues with basic communication and accurate lease information. Marketing the property should not take priority over ensuring that current residents receive professional, accurate, and consistent service.

Sherry had the best ratings and most homes sold of any local realtor, so we chose her. When we first met her, she was prepared with comparables on both recently sold and for sale homes in our neighborhood. She showed us how these homes compared to ours and helped us choose a price we liked that would still get the house sold sooner than so many houses in our area that sat on the market for months. She then took amazing pictures of every room and exterior, showing the beauty of our home for her web listings. She makes sure to put her listings on ALL the big real estate websites so that people who look online first (like we did) would get the best images of our home. We knew anyone who looked online at houses for sale in our area would see our home listed. We moved out on a Sunday. Sherry listed our house that night, and then brought us an offer IN FOUR DAYS! We had a contract the next day, for a GREAT price, and close 6 weeks after we moved out. Sherry doesn't just list your house, she gets it sold. She brings the data to show you how to price it fairly, stays in touch through the whole process, and makes sure everything goes smoothly. She took what could have been a long, painful process and made it quick and easy. If you want to sell your house, call Sherry Williams.

After working with 3 different realtors in 2 different markets, my wife and I were referred to TBT by a good friend about thee months ago. After an introductory conversation with Tammie, she connected us with Kennon Henry. Kennon went from being our agent - to our advisor - to our good friend and confidante. We are picky (maybe too picky), we ask a ton of questions, we are nervous and excited, on and on and on. But Kennon has never made us feel like a burden. Quite the opposite. She has always - and I mean ALWAYS been available when we needed her, had a question or wanted to view a property on short notice. She has walked us through a contract at 10:30pm, answered texts at midnight and much more. We have gotten close to making at least one careless decision and if it weren't for Kennon, we may have gone through with it. I've never questioned her integrity or her genuine investment in my family. She is honest and transparent - tells us what she knows and what she doesn't, provides recommendations when she can and when it's appropriate, and she just does it the right way. She is well connected in the community and always has a huge smile on her face every time she pulls in the driveway to show us a new property. After working with Kennon for the last three months, I won't work with anyone else and she will be the first call I make if we decide to buy another home in the future, and she will be the first person I recommend to my family and friends looking for a home in greater Brazoria County. I can't wait to finally find the home of our dreams and celebrate with Kennon (P.S. Kennon - this is your invite to celebrate with us!). She is an incredibly special person who just happens to be a phenomenal buyer's agent. UPDATE: We did it! Kennon and the TBT team helped us craft a competitive back-up offer for a home we fell in love with, but were a couple of hours too late to submit an offer before an offer was accepted on day 1 for this home. The first buyer had a change of heart on the last day of their option and we moved to the front of the line. Kennon, Megan, Tammie and the TBT team held our hand through the inspection process and every day until we closed, We ALWAYS knew where things stood, they communicated with us every single day, and I just can't imagine having a better experience buying anything - much less a home. We are forever grateful for these folks. We love you Kennon!
