We are a young and growing family of 3 actively looking to buy our first home in what is probably the most competitive housing market in history. After working with 3 different realtors in 2 different markets, my wife and I were referred to TBT by a good friend about thee months ago. After an introductory conversation with Tammie, she connected us with Kennon Henry. Kennon went from being our agent - to our advisor - to our good friend and confidante. We are picky (maybe too picky), we ask a ton of questions, we are nervous and excited, on and on and on. But Kennon has never made us feel like a burden. Quite the opposite. She has always - and I mean ALWAYS been available when we needed her, had a question or wanted to view a property on short notice. She has walked us through a contract at 10:30pm, answered texts at midnight and much more. We have gotten close to making at least one careless decision and if it weren't for Kennon, we may have gone through with it. I've never questioned her integrity or her genuine investment in my family. She is honest and transparent - tells us what she knows and what she doesn't, provides recommendations when she can and when it's appropriate, and she just does it the right way. She is well connected in the community and always has a huge smile on her face every time she pulls in the driveway to show us a new property. After working with Kennon for the last three months, I won't work with anyone else and she will be the first call I make if we decide to buy another home in the future, and she will be the first person I recommend to my family and friends looking for a home in greater Brazoria County. I can't wait to finally find the home of our dreams and celebrate with Kennon (P.S. Kennon - this is your invite to celebrate with us!). She is an incredibly special person who just happens to be a phenomenal buyer's agent. UPDATE: We did it! Kennon and the TBT team helped us craft a competitive back-up offer for a home we fell in love with, but were a couple of hours too late to submit an offer before an offer was accepted on day 1 for this home. The first buyer had a change of heart on the last day of their option and we moved to the front of the line. Kennon, Megan, Tammie and the TBT team held our hand through the inspection process and every day until we closed, We ALWAYS knew where things stood, they communicated with us every single day, and I just can't imagine having a better experience buying anything - much less a home. We are forever grateful for these folks. We love you Kennon! read more

Tammie and Kennon at TBT went above and beyond for us. TBT is located in Brazoria county, and I was located in Harris county. Despite the location different, Tammie and Kennon jumped at the chance to represent us again as sellers. We have worked with Tammie and TBT Realty a few times in the last and once again I am HIGHLY recommending them as agents! read more

Tammie and her team were very professional. She did her homework and priced our home accordingly. It was on the market not even a month and we received a full price offer. Communication was good as well. read more

Horrible, absolutely unprofessional. I called Tammie, the owner, 4-5x, emailed several times and never got any response after our initial conversation. She said she would get back with me and never did. After awhile, I just gave up, I wasted enough time trying to get ahold of her or a member of her team. read more

Very professional, well run office. I had a fantastic experience working with Stephanie Estrada. Stephanie was always very accommodating whether it was a phone call, text, email or the last minute "Oh I want to go see this one". She was right on it, and had the answer or got the answer. Whether you're a buyer or a seller, she will genuinely work, just for you and your best interest. A genuinely nice person, always with a positive attitude. highly recommend this office and this realtor. read more

Tammie is very relaxing to work with. She's confident and she's on top of her game. We have used her to sell and buy a couple of properties. She gets the job done quickly and efficiently!!! We love her!!!!!! She's amazing!!!! Realtor for life, The Schultz Family read more

We had our house on the market for almost three months after two failed contracts. The agent that was working with us quit TBT and went with another realtor. We were ready to call it quits with TBT. Ms. Tammie Bell called me and stated to me to give her a month to sell our house, so we decided to stay. We closed on our house four days ago! Yay! Ms. Bell and Megan were very friendly and professional and kept us updated on the status of the process. We highly recommend TBT! read more

We had originally called Tammie to get an opinion on whether or not we should try to sell on our own (with the help of google, of course). Little did we know then, that the respectfully explained advice would easily make the charts of 'top advice taken' to date. Tammie and her staff practically held our hand throughout the process - multiple calls, texts, and emails full of explanations, updates, and everything in between. Also notable to mention: the service was impeccable EVEN with being more than three hours in distance between our home and our realtor. We're so very thankful. read more

Tammie is truly great. We were working with another realtor who after showing us about 30 houses over 2 weekends, told us she did not have time for us. So we found Tammie and informed her of our past experience. She said she is very patient and will work with us. She found us the dream house of our life! We'd recommend Tammie to anyone looking to buy a home! read more

Tammie and her whole staff are amazing! We sold and built a house through TBT at the same time. Talk about stressful. Tammie made the whole process as smooth as possible. No question was too small and they were more than willing to fight for us during the building process. We closed on our forever home a couple of days ago and I can not thank them enough!!! read more

I highly recommend this team! Tammie Bell and her team at TBT REAL ESTATE are amazing! They were very supportive through our journey of purchasing our forever home. We worked with Kurtsie Davis and she was phenomenal! Mrs. Kurstie Davis had patience with us and educated us on many things we were clueless on as first time buyers. The TEAM worked with us step by step and provided so much guidance on completing the process to prepare for closing. They were supportive and were available for all of our questions. Call this team today and start your home buying with a very responsive team! THANK YOU TAMMIE BELL FOR HAVING SUCH AN AMAZING TEAM AND BEING SO KNOWLEDGEABLE! read more

Tammie isn't very personable. She was incredibly rude and my house sat on the market for 2 months with very little activity because her reputation proceeds her and a lot of other agents don't want to do business with her. The only reason I chose TBT was because of Kurstie Davis. Kurstie is amazing. She went above and beyond. It killed me to cancel the contract with TBT but my home wasn't marketed correctly and after 3 open houses and 17 people walking in and out of the door and still 0 offers, I knew it was time to move on. I switched to a different company and my home was under contract within a week. Kurstie was the best part of TBT Realty, I don't recommend Tammie Bell or TBT at all. Definitely not proven or successful in my eyes. Absolutely horrified experience. read more

She was great. I was out of state purchasing another home and she handled all the details to help me make a quick sell. Tammie was a lifesaver and brought me peace of mind in a stressful time. read more

When you work with the TBT, you get a team! Jai-Cheri Young was our realtor, but we ended up working with and valuing each member of the team. We will definitely use them again and would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone in the market. They helped us stay on top of a quickly changing market and guided us through all the steps to make our home purchase. read more

Tammie and her team of professionals took great care of us and sold our home quickly! I can highly recommend her and her team! They were exceptionally responsive to our every need. Give her a try and you will not be dissapointed! read more

My husband and I decided to possibly put our home up for sale. We interviewed several real estate agents. One was TBT Real Estate. Tammie Bell was very accommodating and came out on a Sunday to meet with us. She was fully prepared with pamphlets and comps. She explained how they advertise and how they promote to prospective buyers. We were very impressed. She said that in a few days, she would get back to us on what kind of dollar figure we could get for our home. After a few days and no contact, I sent her an email to follow up. No answer. I sent her a text. No answer. About 2 weeks later, someone from her office sent me an email asking if we were still interested in buying a home. I replied back that we weren't buying and that we were waiting on Tammie Bell to get back to us. No reply back. I can understand if a realtor isn't interested in selling someone's home, but we thought it was very unprofessional to simply ignore prospective clients. Is this a normal business practice for a real estate agent? Who knows? read more

We were very pleased with Tammie Bell and her team. Our house was listed and on the market 10 days when offers started coming. If you want your home sold call Tammie Bell if you want your home to sit well...don't. read more

Tammie Bell and her team are extremely knowledgeable and informative throughout the real estate process and provided me with details I requested. She not only helped us find the perfect home for our family, but also helped integrate me into our new community! read more

Tammie is amazing. We'd been searching for a new home for months before she was recommended to us. We were under contract on our new home within a few weeks. I'm convinced that without her help we'd still be house hunting years later. We will definitely turn to Tammie again the next time we're ready to move. read more

We had previously listed our property with another Realtor, and after 6 months we had not received any offers. I met with Tammie Bell and on the very first day she was knowledgable and prepared. This allowed us to establish a realistic price point, and set realistic goals. Within 2 days of listing with the Tammie Bell Team we had a solid offer, and several people interested. We closed the property the very next week, and we couldn't be more pleased. If you are looking for a Professional Realtor who can get results, you can not go wrong with the Tammie Bell Team. read more
