We are a young and growing family of 3 actively looking to buy our first home in what is probably the most competitive housing market in history. After working with 3 different realtors in 2 different markets, my wife and I were referred to TBT by a good friend about thee months ago. After an introductory conversation with Tammie, she connected us with Kennon Henry. Kennon went from being our agent - to our advisor - to our good friend and confidante. Tammie isn't very personable. She was incredibly rude and my house sat on the market for 2 months with very little activity because her reputation proceeds her and a lot of other agents don't want to do business with her. The only reason I chose TBT was because of Kurstie Davis. Kurstie is amazing. She went above and beyond. It killed me to cancel the contract with TBT but my home wasn't marketed correctly and after 3 open houses and 17 people walking in and out of the door and still 0 offers, I knew it was time to move on. I switched to a different company and my home was under contract within a week. Kurstie was the best part of TBT Realty, I don't recommend Tammie Bell or TBT at all. Definitely not proven or successful in my eyes. Absolutely horrified experience. read more

My husband and I decided to possibly put our home up for sale. We interviewed several real estate agents. One was TBT Real Estate. Tammie Bell was very accommodating and came out on a Sunday to meet with us. She was fully prepared with pamphlets and comps. She explained how they advertise and how they promote to prospective buyers. We were very impressed. She said that in a few days, she would get back to us on what kind of dollar figure we could get for our home. After a few days and no contact, I sent her an email to follow up. No answer. I sent her a text. No answer. About 2 weeks later, someone from her office sent me an email asking if we were still interested in buying a home. I replied back that we weren't buying and that we were waiting on Tammie Bell to get back to us. No reply back. I can understand if a realtor isn't interested in selling someone's home, but we thought it was very unprofessional to simply ignore prospective clients.
