We were already in New England when we closed and my husband was out of the country but Monica was even able to recommend the right process to make sure we got our power of attorney in time and a mobile notary came to our house to close. From the first day to the last Monica kept us informed about all of the things we needed to do and how our house was showing and feedback from viewers. Her team is a huge bonus too since they hosted several open houses to make sure we had a good amount of traffic through the house. The photographer was great too and she was able make a rainy day look bright and sunny.

She's a straight shooter who doesn't sugarcoat things -- she tells you exactly what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear. That honesty, paired with her unmatched knowledge and attention to detail, was everything I needed in this process. She is thorough beyond words. She reviews every document, every clause, and every potential pitfall -- then takes the time to walk you through it all so you're never left confused or uncertain. She was the reason I found and was able to buy my dream home. When it felt like things were falling apart with the house I originally wanted, she stayed calm, fought for me, and ultimately found me something even better -- a home I truly love. She doesn't let sales agents or anyone else push you around. She is your advocate. From the initial search to closing, she had my back and made sure no detail slipped through the cracks -- even while I was out of state in Alaska. She coordinated everything between agents, lenders, inspectors, and title reps, keeping the whole process moving smoothly without me ever feeling out of the loop. Working with Janna wasn't just working with any real estate agent. I felt I had a powerful ally who cared about the outcome as much as I did. If you want someone who ensures you're protected, respected, and confident throughout your entire home-buying journey choose Janna. After working with 3 different realtors in 2 different markets, my wife and I were referred to TBT by a good friend about thee months ago. After an introductory conversation with Tammie, she connected us with Kennon Henry. Kennon went from being our agent - to our advisor - to our good friend and confidante. We are picky (maybe too picky), we ask a ton of questions, we are nervous and excited, on and on and on. But Kennon has never made us feel like a burden. Quite the opposite. She has always - and I mean ALWAYS been available when we needed her, had a question or wanted to view a property on short notice. She has walked us through a contract at 10:30pm, answered texts at midnight and much more. We have gotten close to making at least one careless decision and if it weren't for Kennon, we may have gone through with it. I've never questioned her integrity or her genuine investment in my family. She is honest and transparent - tells us what she knows and what she doesn't, provides recommendations when she can and when it's appropriate, and she just does it the right way. She is well connected in the community and always has a huge smile on her face every time she pulls in the driveway to show us a new property. After working with Kennon for the last three months, I won't work with anyone else and she will be the first call I make if we decide to buy another home in the future, and she will be the first person I recommend to my family and friends looking for a home in greater Brazoria County. I can't wait to finally find the home of our dreams and celebrate with Kennon (P.S. Kennon - this is your invite to celebrate with us!). She is an incredibly special person who just happens to be a phenomenal buyer's agent. UPDATE: We did it! Kennon and the TBT team helped us craft a competitive back-up offer for a home we fell in love with, but were a couple of hours too late to submit an offer before an offer was accepted on day 1 for this home. The first buyer had a change of heart on the last day of their option and we moved to the front of the line. Kennon, Megan, Tammie and the TBT team held our hand through the inspection process and every day until we closed, We ALWAYS knew where things stood, they communicated with us every single day, and I just can't imagine having a better experience buying anything - much less a home. We are forever grateful for these folks. We love you Kennon!
