Called a year later because MORE planks have popped off or fallen off AND our gate is warped (has been from day one). He refused to come back and fix both times. Claims it is our fault he hasn't finished his job, for some reason. I also agree with some of the other reviews I read on here about leaving the neighbors yards a mess. This guy calls himself a general contractor, he was bringing people in off the street, doing poor quality work, which probably cost him $1000's, unfortunately that is just the things that can bee seen, no telling what got covered up. Worst thing about it is the very expensive job I paid for, the material wasn't installed to specifications therefor warranty cannot be honored. Now I gave 2 stars because I think the guy has potential, and there towards the end he tried to do right, but as a whole I would have taken stars if possible. Hire this guy at your own risk. Communication has lead this review…read more I reached out to multiple companies to come out and provide a quote for a remodel project in my home. Waldner communicated with me multiple times leading up to someone coming to my home. After the guy left, radio silence. I text the guy and let him know I was sending him specs to all the items I was purchasing for my remodel so it will help with the quote process. I sent a follow up email and text messages and no reply ever came in nor did a quote. I did select another company given the fact I was given a quote but the fact I was never acknowledged with a quote or even a message saying they were too busy to accept new clients or simply did not want to work with me did not sit well. My remodel is not just to make something look better, it involved fixing damage to my home which I wanted to have fixed. If you want communication, they are not it.
