This is just one of many reasons for using a process server. For starters, the Proof of Service was rife with omissions, including the date, which would have certainly been inadmissible in court. This is coupled with the fact that the GPS proof was never provided. The partner at the firm and I are convinced this is actually a shill that has grossly misrepresented itself. Any and all attempts to reconcile the service were rejected. Customer service is basically non-existent. It seems like a guy working out of a PO box and mobile phone. We were shocked to receive a bill for service considering the proof of that service was incomplete, meaning we can't charge our client. We'll be filing our complaint soon. Never again.
