My experience was the same as those of a few negative posters. Ms. Quigley asked for a $5,000 retainer to help me recover about $25,000 from an unscrupulous contractor I hired to build a summer home in the Berkshires. The evidence was clear cut against the contractor. I had documents and testimony from his secretary. This attorney showed up once in court to make the case. The contractor never showed up. From then on I was not able to get Quigley to continue pursuing the case nor would she return my retainer either in full or in part. I got her name from a friend where I should have done my own DD on her. Use this woman at your own risk. Maybe she has seen the light on integrity. But why take the chance? One doesn't forget easily a $5,000 swindle.
