The WORST. I work for a law firm in Las Vegas and we used them to serve documents to a party located in NY. We PRE-PAID for RUSH service and their process servers didn't even serve the documents for us. They basically said, "sorry we can't do this, we won't do this etc....." Really? How the heck are these guys in business?? A process server needs to be diligent, smart and willing to get the job done. I don't expect them to go "above and beyond" or ever get themselves in trouble or danger but I DO EXPECT some damn initiative!! They will not "stake out" a place for a reasonable amount of time and they also won't videotape an attempt of service. They won't even get a person's first name!!! These guys are a joke!!! Bunch of lazy wimps. They basically stole our $ since they did not provide a service. Take a basic fee but to take all the "extra" fees our firm paid for "rush service?" COMPLETELY DESPICABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. read more

I needed some court papers served and I can't compliment this company more on their professionalism and courtesy in getting this accomplished. They had to chase the defendant over several addresses and that person was dodging service. Their server was more than diligent and did get him served at a 4th known address! Yes it was a difficult service but they were more than kind to me and let me know every step of the way what the costs would be to chase him around. I am VERY happy with the service and reasonable rates that they charge. I would highly recommend them. read more

Our firm has been using Alexander Poole & Co. for all our service of process in the Capitol area for the last 2-3 years. I can't tell you how many times we've called upon them at the very last minute for same day service, always wondering when I might be told "sorry, no" or "are you kidding me?" and they never do.
