Kathy: "yes" Me: "and I was wondering what kind of cones do you use there"? *****a few seconds of silence*** Karen: "Did you want to book an appointment?" Me: "perhaps but I just had a few questions fir.. **interrupts** Karen: "We use regular paraffin herbal infused ear cones" (she sounds annoyed so I skip the other question I had) (at this point her cold way of speaking told me I am not going here) Me: What is your name ma'am? My mother and aunt are both massage therapists and I have worked in spas and salons in the past. This is literally the opposite of how to grow a client base.
