He even used a LASER to find out the distance between my garage and house was TWO inches difference and made variations to compensate!!! I even had his company put up seamles gutters; great price, huge downspouts, SCREWED into facia on house; no nails to pull out! Even his secretary, Kim, is always pleasant and calls to schedule instead of company just showing up. **Update** **Took about two weeks, but they finally sent someone out to finish up the work. The worker went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right this time. I am very appreciative of the time he took and his attention to detail. With some suggestions I could recommend this company. 1. Know the timeline is flexible. 2. Carefully check the job is complete and correct before you pay and they leave.** If you value transparency in a business relationship I suggest going elsewhere. I have been given the run around time and time again. They tell you what you want to hear with no intention of keeping to the schedule. Besides being rescheduled over and over. Then work starting late. To the job not being finished but they refuse to show up to finish since they already cashed the check. Save yourself the stress and take your business elsewhere. I had a screen room done at my home over 14 years ago. It has went through Hurricane Cindy, Katrina, Isaac, and lately Zeta. It is sturdy and looks like new. BUYER BEWARE! Still dealing with issues three months later. Patio tear down crew left trash behind (nails, cigarette butts, plastic bottles). Concrete crew was sub contracted out. Heat index over 110 degrees. Two members of crew left before cement truck arrived leaving only three members. Noticed crew stopped job halfway through pour. Issue because concrete was quick set. They told us the lead concrete crew member and his wife left them alone without explaining where they were going. These three were on the verge of heat exhaustion. We had to provide them with shade, refreshments, food, etc. to ensure that one of them didn't come in danger of their health. I called the owner of the concrete company complaining. Come to find out the lead and his wife left to go do a side job on their own. They eventually showed up hours later after I made multiple phone calls complaining. We were very lucky that we did not have a medical emergency on our watch. Later that week the patio installation crew came. It took them two days to complete but there were issues that they did not inform us of. I did a loan through a bank the company does business with and it clearly states that we do not submit payment until we are happy with install. I was awaiting final city inspection before authorizing payment of loan. The patio company did not like this. They wanted their money right then and there. I was called multiple times by office and she told me I had to pay. I explained to her what the loan contract stated. She then proceeded to tell me, "why wouldn't I want to pay. That the work was fine and that I shouldn't have to wait on the city inspector because the work was completed and stated that the company sends out someone to do a final inspection for accuracy and completeness." The problem is that the company's inspector doesn't come out till multiple days after the installation is completed. They want you to pay even before their own person comes out to inspect. We didn't listen and we waited for city inspector to sign off the project. That was a big mistake. We should have waited to pay because we are still dealing with issues. A few days later the company's inspector showed up at the house with no prior appointment scheduled. Since it was raining he was able to see the leaks we were dealing with and able to mark that as well. I was told by him that the company would be in touch to fix the issues. My wife decided to clean gutters out near the patio. She noticed issues with multiple shingles and glue all over the shingles in different places. She showed me pictures and I knew right away that the crew damaged many shingles and tried to do quick repair without telling us. My wife called Rodney and he stated that if there was damage when installation was done that they would do a quick fix on the job. Also said if roof was damaged it would be additional costs even though they did the damage. He even stated that most homeowners do not even inspect their roofs after their company installs a patio. My wife asked Rodney why no one from the crew who installed the patio said anything about damage to the roof and Rodney said they just come to do the patio installation and they get out but if the crew saw something they do a quick repair. Rodney eventually agreed to fix shingles that were damaged. Several issues remain three months after installation. They did come out to fix the damaged shingle but it took awhile for that to happen. We still have leaks and are told the crew is coming or get calls that they are running behind and may need to be rescheduled. This has been going on for months and still no fixes. read more

I would give a NEGATIVE 5 rating to this company if allowed on this site. Absolutely poor workmanship and the owner, Rodney, is all bark and no bite. He cursed me out when I asked him to come back to do warranty work. When he knew I was going to take further legal action, he backed down like a timid little kitten. He finally had someone come out to do repairs. The repair work is still unsatisfactory. His employee admitted to me that Rodney tries to scare people with his mouth. This company was hired to replace the patio slab and insulated patio cover, windows and patio door, and the deteriorating exterior wood with new wood, then apply foam board and siding. During this renovation my roof, landscaping, my son's clubhouse, 3" main electrical conduit, driveway, and waterline was damaged. The owner of PP&S was notified during and after completion, and was somewhat compliant to make necessary repairs to damages until he received the majority of payment, then has since denied all responsibility. Claiming that I should have the repairs done myself, then if he feels that his workers were responsible, I will be reimbursed. Lists of Damages: 1. Patio slab was installed with 3/8" rebar anchors, not 1/2" ( as per contract ), then had to be trimmed and resurfaced/leveled. 2. Dormer vents (3), that were to remain, were torn out and discarded. Causing damage to the interior wall of an attic storage room, and now does not provide adequate ventilation for the roof. 3. Roof edge was damaged in numerous when replacing facia, and began leaking in two locations, one of which was repaired by PP&S. 4. Exterior flood lights (4) that were to be replaced were discarded. 5. Exterior outlet box on porch was damaged when removed, and has yet to be replaced. 6. When replacing plywood behind meter box/ main breaker on exterior the 3" coupling was broken, and has yet to be replaced. Also, the measurement were off when reattaching the meter box, and now has a 2-3" gap that allows water to drain down the electrical conduit. PP&S denies doing this. As a result of the conduit allowing water into it, during heavy rain I sometime have electrical issues, one of which shorted out the motherboard of my new computer. 7. PP&S had an electrician attempt to repair the electrical conduit, but instead tried to hide the damage by covering it. The electrician also screwed a metal strap to hold the conduit inplace, and apparently punctured my main waterline into the home. This allowed air into the waterline, which caused damage to the mechanism of my drinking water system, which has to be replace. 8. The application of the siding is poor at best. Measurements are inaccurate, cuts are uneven, insufficient amount of fasteners, and sloppy caulking where needed. I could go on even further, but this should help anyone decide not to make the same mistake. The renovation cost over $20,000, and I estimate it will cost more than $30,000 to have the poor workmanship replaced, and have all the additional damages corrected. AVOID PROFESSIONAL PATIOS & SCREENROOMS LIKE THE PLAGUE. They are "NOT" professional, they are "NOT" concerned about quality, and they could care less whether or not you are satisfied once they get paid. Hope this Helps. I called to get general questions answered before scheduling someone to come out to my house and the receptionist told me that she didn't have time for 50 questions. She would not answer any of my questions, very rude, kept cutting me off, and very unprofessional. I told her, I am not scheduling someone to come out to my house without basic questions answered. I purchased a patio cover from this company and was sorry for my choice, their worksmanship isn't that great and when you have a problem with their contract you can't call their office because the owner named Cheryl have no respect for her customers she screams and yell and don't want to hear that her employees have made a mistake on the contract so beware everything cheaper isn't better. read more
