In 8 years i have sent them back on a average of every three to four months to get worked on. Every time i go back there is a different technician on duty they go through people faster than i go thru socks. They have no idea what battery goes with what device and they always want to argue with you about how well they sound i thought the customer was always right.

During my 2nd visit I was told that was my 3rd & final visit even though my records show different. My Contract shows my 3 year manufacturer warranty expires 7/02/2027. (the rest of the spaces on my copy of the contract where left blank) Also my contract says each follow-up visit not to exceed a per-visit fee up to $65 per visit after i have exhausted the three included follow up visits. Lauren informed me they are now charging $125 per visit. After I returned home I looked into my paperwork and called the 'Royer Hearing Aid Center' to let them know what i had found in my paperwork. I did hear from Helen Royer and now I know why the daughter is so confused!! Helen was very upset i called the home office with this complaint, she said her Husband is the Agent and she and her daughter work there, i guess you might say it's a family plan She called me from a car phone and adding her daughter on a conference call. She was very rude and talked over me. I will NEVER purchase from Beltone again after dealing with that Family!! Hopefully this helps someone else before they make the mistake of trusting them. I received services recently and the cost was nothing like what I expected. The service was…read morefriendly and good; however, being that I have a high deductible insurance plan I was up front with wanting to know the cost. I even met with a financial person prior to having any testing done. She told me the average and a range of expected cost for the test that I was set up to have. Apparently I was naive to think that the top of end of the range she provided would be the high end of the spectrum of what the test would cost. No, that was not the case and it was $200-$300 higher. Then, I had to pay again to go over the results, this was never disclosed to me and I must be a moron for assuming that if you get a test done you want the result analyzed as part of the cost of the test. I am assuming more and more of their patients will be working with these high deductible insurance plans and they need to learn to be more crisp on ALL the costs up front. My experience with the doctor and staff was great, but I will make sure to get the EXACT cost prior to letting them do anything in the future.

I had a total knee replacement done with him he walked me through the whole procedure making sure that I understood everything that he was going to do I knew at time of discharge from the hospital everything I needed to know and do with my new knee. His office and surgical staff are highly professional their main concern was getting me out of pain and back to my normal self. I highly recommend him if you ever need a total knee replacement!
