I know doctors are busy but so am I. What really burns my ass is they want you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Screw that! I not waiting an hour to be seen. On my most recent visit, I waited 40 minutes past my appointment in the waiting room and then another 20 minutes in the exam room. While I really like Dr. Kazdan as a physician, the wait time is unacceptable. If this continues I'll have to start looking for a new internist.

It was a combination of allergy issues and working in a new office with all kinds of new germs. Regardless, Dr. Wilcox helped me out each time. Not only does he just prescribe meds, but he explains the root of your illness so you know what's going on. If necessary, he'll even draw you pictures :) Since I've gotten used to city life and am taking better care of myself as I get older, I don't need to see Dr. Wilcox as much as I used to. But if/when I do get sick (knock on wood!), I would be happy to go back and pay him a visit. Crossing my fingers that it's minor and not swine flu related.

Dr. Just was prompt, pleasant and professional. He thoroughly assessed my needs and concerns. He explained the likely cause of my pain, offering to initiate some in-office stretches and maneuvers which provided noticeable relief. He demonstrated additional stretches I could do outside of the office. He also offered to email the stretching instructions as well as a link to an app which further explained and demonstrated these stretches. The clinic was conveniently located and easy to access. The office was clean, organized and nicely decorated. I was immediately greeted upon entering the office. The environment was calm and welcoming. Scheduling was efficient. The experience from start to finish was excellent. I would highly recommend Dr. Just to anyone in need of quality chiropractic care!

I have been seeing the office/doctor/NP for 3 years. Today, I went with my wife, who just turned 65…read moreto see the Doctor. We get to the office and no one was waiting in the office. My wife had to fill out forms and upon giving them back 10 minutes later, we were told by a rather unfriendly lady working there that the doctor won't see her as my wife was late. The office Manager could have told us this upon arrival, but instead wasted our time. I'm sure that if she would have actually asked the doctor if it would be ok, we would have gotten in. The Manager's attitude was totally awful. She was not at all pleasant and said we would have to come back in 3 months. So what that lady did was not only lose a new customer, she also made me mad and so has now lost 2 customers forever. The Manager appeared to be totally burned out and was in need of either more 'sleep' or a new job. We just cannot believe how unaccommodating she was! We will let our primary physician know along with everyone who may be in need of a sleep study in the future. Do NOT go to this office. I liked the doctor and Jane, the NP, but I'm done with that office!! I'll never go back. The doctor needs to 'wake-up' and get new people to work there. Give them a year and then try. Maybe by then, there will be newer and friendly staff.

This is required by my insurance. So, I revisited Dr. Schwartz January 28. My usage of the C-PAP machine was confirmed. I no longer have to take in the tiny chip, because . . . They are tracking my sleep patterns remotely with this new machine. And they found with this new machine I have fewer "events" per hour and better sleep patterns, less interrupted sleep, less obstructed sleep. "Events" are classified as times when you stop breathing. That's what sleep apnea is about. You stop breathing. You are at higher risk of heart attack and stroke. If you snore, get a sleep study. That's how I got into this. Take care of yourself, and understand yourself.

The director Molly advised I should see Dr. Lieberman and raved about this provider. I sent a message to him on 5/13/25 and it's 5/16/25 still no reply. They called me the day before and told me to arrive at 1230 for a 130 appointment. I didn't even get into I was told to arrive to my appointment at 12:30 PM, got here and no one was in the office. It wasn't until I went into the hallway that a staff member saw me and came to help. They told me the staff member that told me to come in shouldn't have told me to come so early. I was the first one in the office, the medical assistant called another patient back before me for the same provider. For over an hour the staff members had this sign up saying the front desk was closed. The bathrooms were filthy. The person that got me in the room I assume was the manager, then the nurse or MA who took over, Jackie, was dressed in a T-shirt, jeans, itching her head with a pencil, left while checking me in randomly, she told me none of my information was in the system which is odd because I just saw an SSM provider and it was all there. She slammed the door when she left. The provider was a joy, very pleasant, very detailed and informative. He helps me understand a lot of things as well as reassured me that there was no reason to have a C-section in my last pregnancy and encouraged me to have a typical delivery this pregnancy versus a C-section. We went over the risk and studies this provider took their time talking over things with me even about an upcoming trip, telling me what to look out for since I will be higher up in elevation
