I had a previous OB with SSM and left due to poor care, no communication to messages without me constantly following up and various other reasons. The director Molly advised I should see Dr. Lieberman and raved about this provider. I sent a message to him on 5/13/25 and it's 5/16/25 still no reply. They called me the day before and told me to arrive at 1230 for a 130 appointment. I didn't even get into I was told to arrive to my appointment at 12:30 PM, got here and no one was in the office. It wasn't until I went into the hallway that a staff member saw me and came to help. They told me the staff member that told me to come in shouldn't have told me to come so early. I was the first one in the office, the medical assistant called another patient back before me for the same provider. For over an hour the staff members had this sign up saying the front desk was closed. The bathrooms were filthy. The person that got me in the room I assume was the manager, then the nurse or MA who took over, Jackie, was dressed in a T-shirt, jeans, itching her head with a pencil, left while checking me in randomly, she told me none of my information was in the system which is odd because I just saw an SSM provider and it was all there. She slammed the door when she left. The provider was a joy, very pleasant, very detailed and informative. He helps me understand a lot of things as well as reassured me that there was no reason to have a C-section in my last pregnancy and encouraged me to have a typical delivery this pregnancy versus a C-section. When patients talk to him, they know he is a trauma specialist not just a lung doctor and he talks back to them in simple words because they are not medical people so he makes it easy for them to understand. He spends plenty of time with his patients. He is comprehensive but not worrisome He saved my life before & I imagine he's going to do it again & there are only 2 doctors that I trust to do that I might be afraid to die again but not if he is in the room with me .. so on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 doesn't do him justice Thank you​ for reading my review. read more
