It was a combination of allergy issues and working in a new office with all kinds of new germs. Regardless, Dr. Wilcox helped me out each time. Not only does he just prescribe meds, but he explains the root of your illness so you know what's going on. If necessary, he'll even draw you pictures :) Since I've gotten used to city life and am taking better care of myself as I get older, I don't need to see Dr. Wilcox as much as I used to. But if/when I do get sick (knock on wood!), I would be happy to go back and pay him a visit. Crossing my fingers that it's minor and not swine flu related.

The director Molly advised I should see Dr. Lieberman and raved about this provider. I sent a message to him on 5/13/25 and it's 5/16/25 still no reply. They called me the day before and told me to arrive at 1230 for a 130 appointment. I didn't even get into I was told to arrive to my appointment at 12:30 PM, got here and no one was in the office. It wasn't until I went into the hallway that a staff member saw me and came to help. They told me the staff member that told me to come in shouldn't have told me to come so early. I was the first one in the office, the medical assistant called another patient back before me for the same provider. For over an hour the staff members had this sign up saying the front desk was closed. The bathrooms were filthy. The person that got me in the room I assume was the manager, then the nurse or MA who took over, Jackie, was dressed in a T-shirt, jeans, itching her head with a pencil, left while checking me in randomly, she told me none of my information was in the system which is odd because I just saw an SSM provider and it was all there. She slammed the door when she left. The provider was a joy, very pleasant, very detailed and informative. He helps me understand a lot of things as well as reassured me that there was no reason to have a C-section in my last pregnancy and encouraged me to have a typical delivery this pregnancy versus a C-section. We went over the risk and studies this provider took their time talking over things with me even about an upcoming trip, telling me what to look out for since I will be higher up in elevation
