When I arrived, a nurse came in the room and apologized - saying Dr. Morgan doesnt prescribe testosterone and the receptionist who booked me was new and made a mistake. Fine, waste of my time, whatever. Then they billed both my insurance company and myself for the visit!!!!! I called to get it reversed and got the run around - I called 4 times, conversed with them through MyChart 2 times, and they would not budge - insisting that they had provided me a service - what service? They totally wasted my time. The fact that they had the nerve to bill me, and wouldnt adjust it after many complaints is shocking! My final phone call, I told them I would like to discuss this directly with Dr. Morgan. They said they would have her call me - and of course, she never did. JUST SHAMEFUL AND GREEDY!

She always made me feel comfortable with any questions or concerns my husband and I may have had throughout my entire pregnancy. Come delivery day Dr. Schuetz was not on call, it was a Sunday afternoon and she came in to deliver my son anyway. She does her best, even when not on call, to deliver all of her babies. I am now pregnant with my 2nd child and we are relocating and I don't think I will be able to find an OB to ever compare to her. I will say at times the wait is a little long but you will find that she is very thorough and never makes you feel rushed. This is worth an extra wait every so often.

The staff there, all women, are so very friendly and helpful on the phone if you need to make an appointment, have a question, etc. The office is nicely appointed. My favorite thing is that the rooms have scales in them, so you weigh in privately, not in full view of everyone! Dr. Bowers is the most comprehensive OBGYN I've ever had. She always takes a lot of time to talk to you (and often times you are dressed, she comes back to do the parts you need to put on a gown for). She talks about a lot of stuff that my general practictioner doesn't even address, like vitamins, working out, etc. Lifestyle issues that are important but a lot of docs don't talk to you about unless asked. The best part? She is lightening fast when it comes to the, ahem, uncomfortable stuff. It's over before you know it. Definitely the fastest & gentlest I've experienced. I highly recommend this place!

No baby yet!…read more Since graduating high school, I've always gotten my well woman exams done at my general practitioners, but since my husband and I are discussing trying to conceive within the next year, I thought it best to start trying to find a suitable OBGYN. My friend works as a nurse in women's health at St. Johns Hospital, and she suggested Dr. Joyce, Dr. Green, or pretty much anybody in that office. Knowing that being comfortable with the other doctors can be really important when having children, I tried Women's Health Partners out, and Dr. Joyce was the first available. First of all, the entire office is really clean and updated, which makes you feel a little better about getting your whooshea poked at. The staff is really upbeat and friendly. I caught a peek at a monthly basket drawing for expectant and/or new moms with formula and other baby things, which I thought was really cool for the office to do. Dr. Joyce was super friendly and informative. We talked about things that my general practitioner or her nurse practitioner really never mentioned like more probing questions on my family history, asking if I've gotten an annual skin check, etc. I thought she was really thorough, and she was really forthcoming on information and answering any questions I had about future baby conception. I was expecting to maybe have to try a few doctors before I found someone I wanted to go through pregnancy with, but I'm sticking with Dr. Joyce!
