It's a little bit outside of El Paso but that's where you'll have to go if you need to get stuff that Walmart doesn't carry! Whether you're looking for ultrasound gel, tongue depressors, tape, medical equipment, BEK medical has it all. If they don't have it in stock, you can get it ordered. They are open on the weekends and I found the staff here to be helpful and friendly. Don't forget to check in because when we were here over the weekend, we got 10% off our purchase. It's a little bit hard to find, but they do show up on Google maps. Plenty of parking and they aren't very busy.

They did not delivery the rails for the bed until a few days later and the air mattress a week later. The lift was an afterthought as it arrived after that. The delivery even worse. They only deliver on Mondays so we had to wait a week. They had many typos on their invoices and it wasn't complete. Had to contact the insurance company to find out they had never claimed one of the DME. They did not show up on time as promised the day of the delivery and did not respond to emails sent. Incompetent, not respectful of customers time and dishonest. More than one bad experience means don't use them And the canned answer from management to one of the reviews, is what they also record on their voice mail while you are waiting and waiting for a live person.

I don't understand the level of disrespect, because we as a costumer are purchasing a product and wasn't the correct size we should be able to return it, the employee kept saying that it was used more than ones and giving unnecessary attitude, very bad service. The value of the brace was pretty pricy not at all what the quality should be for the price.

I received a referral from my health insurance company referring me to this location I called the…read morenumber on the letter to set up an appointment to come into their office. My doctor had put in an order for some equipment that I required for my health. I had called the office and I spoke to Kiko on the phone he was courteous and set up my appointment with in one week's time. When I had arrived there was plenty of parking and the outside resembles Condominiums there are various businesses within this establishment that provide various services. Upon entering the office I was greeted by Kiko who had made the appointment with me on the phone I had an appointment scheduled with Cynthia whom was a respiratory specialist she greeted me with a smile and I proceeded to follow her down the hallway to an office she had offered me water and gave me a selection of equipment to choose from in regards to my health condition she proceeded to explain in detail about the Machining in entail explain it every function and how it was to be used and how it was to be cleaned she didn't assisted me in measurement in regards to the type of respiratory mask I would require she was very helpful and provided excellent customer service she wanted to make sure that I was fully aware that if I needed anything at any time I can call her or call the facility and they would be more than willing to assist me in any way possible that pleased me because you can tell from that point they were there to cater to the needs of their clients I got to choose from a variety of masks that suit my needs what I like the most is that she gave me ample time to take it home try it out for a few days and see if I liked it if not should be more than happy to exchange the mask for a different one that properly fit or that I was more used to or comfortable with I like the fact that they provided excellent customer service and gave me detailed information regarding the machine that I was provided and that I was able to exchange the mask if I needed. This business is privately owned by Cynthia and her husband I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received and the brand new equipment I acquired here at this establishment I like the fact that she took the time to explain every aspect of the machine and that if I had any questions at any time that I can contact them that puts my mind at ease especially when there's a lot of business that will just rush you out the door to acquire your business and not think twice about you once they have already service due this is not the case for this place they care about what they do and you can tell they care about their clients and that truly is rare for most businesses I highly recommend HVS for your respiratory medical equipment.

Faulty equipment & poor business practices. I rented two extra batteries in the summer for my…read moremother's portable oxygen concentrator. These were not used as often as expected, once initial charge of the units was spent by October and I tried to recharge, I was not able to connect to the concentrator's charger. I thought the units mights need a different charger. I went to the location on Lee Trevino and spoke to Javier Quiz about the issue I was having, he gave me a new charger of the same kind, we all assumed the charger may have been at faulty since all items did in fact use the same one. At home, I verified the fitting and continued to have the same issue with the one of the batteries connecting to the charger. After a serviceman visited my home to service another piece of their equipment, he looked ant the battery annd identified that the problem was a faulty charging jack & showed me excessive force was necessary just to connect the charger. It took decent amount of effort for us to do it, my elderly mother with arthritic hands could NEVER have done this. I went in personally to the Lee Trevino location to, at minimum, request a refund for the last billing cycle since they were aware I was having issues since October with this battery. I was immediately told no with zero consideration. I asked to speak to a supervisor, Javier Quiz who walked out and was immediately condescending and completely unapologetic for the faulty equipment they were renting out. Condition of the charging jack was not something I could have caused as the casing around the port that was causing the issue is glued on permanently & shows no sign of damage. This means someone was aware of its condition prior to me renting it because it was given to me with a full charge. When I asked why the item had not been decommissioned and still being rented out, Mr. Quiz's response after seeing me use force to jam the charger in front of him, was "it's working as it should". In disbelief I asked if he was serious, then his response changed to "things wear out, it's not our fault. You should have brought it back right away". Well, unfortunately my work hours & responsibilities do to bend to the will of Mr. Quiz or work around the business hours of Wheelchair & Walker. I have to find an opportunity in my busy schedule to visit their location just like everyone else. This company has been in business for 52 years and it's appalling that in this age of information they still feel comfortable for have their own supervisor promote terrible customer service and washing their hands off of any responsibility for the inadequacies of their equipment. This business is accustomed to keeping complaints unresolved because the El Paso Lee Trevino location is their headquarters and the recipient & management of said complaints is in fact Mr. Quiz. Mr. Quiz, who has no qualms with generating complaints himself because he relies on the zero accountability policy of Wheelchair & Walker. These questionable business practices are extremely concerning when they provide service to the most vulnerable groups, the elderly and disabled. One must wonder how many other times do they leave their customers with no resolution and feeling like there is no recourse for poor service even though their insurance is providing Wheelchair & Walker with their fees in full. Because collecting fees is definitely their strong suit.
