NONE of the Mont Blanc stores or boutiques could recommend ANYONE locally to engrave the pens. I went to things remembered, after i paid they told me they couldnt do it either. Apparently engraving Mont Blanc pens is rocket science and can only be done with a special laser. If you're reading this review, you're in luck because this place has retired NASA employees and the special laser that gets the job done....IMMACULATELY and quickly! LOL! Armondo was so friendly, accommodating, had excellent communication and the quality of work was precise and impeccable. The turn around time was an hour. Now, don't read my review and think they guarantee 1 hour turnaround time. I may have been in luck, or the work load that day wasn't heavy or I may just be so pretty that they skipped all the other orders to get my job done. LOL. highly unlikely. These guys were very fair, honest and seemed to have a lot of experience in the business. Although I was only getting my pen engraved, I had a look around the shop and noticed their other customized crafts. They had wine glasses engraved with much detail, not like a little corny initial. They are able to do logos, make name plates in solo many different fonts and an assortment of other items. This place, I HIGHLY recommend and promise good work.
