I work in this industry there is a guy named Chuck that works there, he is very rude and I am pulling my contract with them over his performance. don't waste your time his inability to perform his job correctly, nor have personable customer service. I wouldn't let them estimate how much life I have left on my tires! read more

Used their phone number after two calls get a text saying "text me". So I did asking the questions that I need answers to only to get what??? No response. If you want to deal with a company that has customer service this isn't the one to use. So after getting outbid I decide it wouldn't bid on anything else from this company cause of you need answers you will not get a response. If you have better luck with customer service then congrats but don't be surprised if you reach out and dont get a response! Not very professional or give two cares about customer service!

It was a very difficult situation, and their knowledge, skills, and very hard work really made a huge difference for us.
