I had a great experience working with her virtually- everything other than the initial phone call was done by e-mail and her secure portal. She walked me through the whole process and went back and forth several times to show different options I had and what the difference was monetarily. This guy was recommended by a good friend of mine. I went to him office gave him my personal tax returns for him to do and told me that I was going to get a refund, this was back in October of 2022. Another one of my friends went to see him and he did not trust him for something that happen between them. So I decided to use a different CPA this year 2023 and my new CPA told me that Benjamin Moore never filed my personal taxes right. Therefore I had to pay now the IRS. I told the new CPA that I was supposed to get a refund back for the job he did in October of 2022 but I never did and he then told me that it was because Mr. Moore filed my taxes wrong. I called the office and now he is hiding from the situation. I did talk to his secretary Dawn and she told me that he will mention the issue to Benjamin Moore, but he did not get back to me. So please do not pay this guy any money up front and if your getting a refund back, wait until you get to then pay him for the services. I believe this guy is too old to be doing taxes for someone else. Wait until you meet this character he looks like Cash the singer always dress in black clothes. I believe the ones that are giving him the 5 starts are family members. This guy is a con artist a scammer. Be careful.

I was going to a…read moredifferent tax processor who had made many mistakes on my taxes for 2021,2022 and 2023 and would not make time to meet with me to fix the mistakes. I was very upset. That's when I decided to find someone else to do my taxes. I found Frank Dipaola and decided to give him a try. Frank immediately identified what the other tax processor had done wrong and corrected the issues on my 2021, 2022 and 2023 taxes. Again, Frank quickly identified what was wrong and corrected those taxes. Once those were amended/completed, he was also able to move forward and process 2024. Frank Dipaola's customer service, Ethics, integrity and professionalism was outstanding. Frank is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to tax processing.
