I've used MJ Tax & Consulting for two years in a row now and May has been a pleasure to work with. Everything can be done via email and a convenient online portal for keeping all your docs and records. May took me every step of the way, answering all my questions (via email because that was easiest for me) and helping me know which tax docs were necessary. Her fee was totally reasonable ($150) and she filed the returns for me (and got me a pretty penny back!). Besides that, I wanted some financial advice when it came to stocks and tax implications of selling them or holding them. For that, she scheduled me in for an in-person meeting and was really helpful with advice and knowledge on my specific questions. I paid her separately for consulting, but the rate was reasonable for piece of mind. Overall, I'd highly recommend this company. And I have! I've sent quite a few friends their way, and they've been happy with the services.

The appropriate thing is to admit fault, and be better with other clients moving forward. Not lie about "multiple phone calls". Again, the fee is a small one, one I'm willing to pay in full to see the incompetence of your business. Remember I DECLINED your offer to pay a portion. **Never cursed or abused anyone, this just further proves that you sir are a liar. You can't produce one phone call, one voicemail, and I received an email from you TODAY and called you immediately so clearly you're lying about "forcing me to respond". The IRS has been waiting for him to send the rest of my documents to process my taxes SINCE APRIL!!!!!! He charges and charges but never completes the work. Not only that but if you are a small business and he convinces you to file as S Corp. instead of an LLC please do not do it this is how he taxes you out the butt and collects more fees! He lied to me and told me that being an S Corp. will prevent me from getting taxed twice when it clearly states you get taxed twice as an S Corp. not an LLC.
