They prepared an estate plan and a lady bird deed for my house that exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend them.

I paid this firm over $70,000. As a CEO and Partner of multiple growing corporations over the last…read moredecade, I've had the opportunity to be on both sides of litigation as a Plaintiff and also a Defendant, either personally and/or as member of entities within lawsuits. With that, i've worked with many different attorneys over the years. My main company is Altusjobs.com, and if anyone wants to reach out directly and refer to this review, I am more than happy to provide for intricate details why Jesse / Spire Law is the worst choice you can ever make for representation. Cliff notes: A few years ago, there was a group of ex-employees who were lured into the promise of a free pay day by pretending they worked OT, even though they never worked more than 36 hours per week. They sued me and my main company through a firm called eClat Law, that which is now officially out of business. That firm was run by a man named Kevin Ross, who was literally one of the worst attorneys and considered a "train wreck" by many in the local legal community here in Orlando. There's many reasons they went out of business, but the point being, Jesse Unruh / Spire law could not properly defend me and my company against pure lies without any evidence for more than 2 years. His bad representation ended up causing my firm to have to take extreme measures and file for chapter 11. He will also nickel and dime bill you for every text, every email, crazy amounts of inflation in the billings... it's insane. I warned Jesse from the very beginning exactly what we were dealing with, and he was weak in his dealings with the opposition, and at many times felt like he was siding with the other side. He did everything and anything to keep the billings going for himself. He blamed a bad discovery ruling from JUDGE ROBERT NORWAY on me and not of himself in any way, or the fact he got his ass kicked in court. He went on to say that it's the judge ignoring a rule. Here's his quote verbatim to me: "In hindsight, of course I wish I had explored that more as a possibility with you, and I'm sorry I didn't do so. Please consider this analogy though: Imagine if we were driving down the road together and cop pulled you over--my advice to you would be to give him your license, insurance, registration, and don't say a word. Now, of course there is a possibility that the cop reaches through the window, punches you in the face, and pulls you out throwing you to the ground. Those aren't the rules they're supposed to follow, but it is a possibility. If I thought that was about to happen, I would certainly raise the concern and discuss it with you. But, barring some kind of forewarning from the cop (screaming he's going to kick your ass, aggressively running at the car, something indicating some kind of physical altercation), I'd have no reason to believe that was about to happen, and no reasonable lawyer would start giving you advice on what to do if the cop, out of the blue, starts beating you up. That's pretty similar to what happened here in that the judge didn't follow the rules, and gave us no warning he'd do so. I am sorry we did not explore the myriad ways a judge could deviate from the rules, and the possible consequences from that." So here he is readily admitting in writing that he didn't even cover the fact that this could happen, that a judge broke a local rule, and led to costing us a million dollars in bankruptcy. He could have done certain things to easily navigate away from having that hearing in the first place, but he relied on his own ignorance and put his client at risk to get SCREWED. And then when it's all said and done, he still thinks we owe him 40K and sent collections on us. Keep in mind, he was paid 70K and we never even went past discovery phase, zero depositions, etc. The case never even got off the ground and he was already at 70K, and thinks he's owed another 40. AVOID THIS GREED, plenty of better lawyers to choose from.

He was generous with his time and also very helpful and knowledgeable about the specific area of law (far out of my practice area) and seemed quite practical in his approach. If I can't get the matter resolved, I will certainly send my client to him.
