We are camping at a county park here in Michigan and the Professional Docks labelled Dodge pickup truck got in trouble with the rangers for disobeying the park rules, the occupants of that truck proceeded to exit the vehicle and verbally assault the rangers while recording in their phones to the point of getting evicted from the park. I would be very leery of doing any business with this company as they don't seem to have any respect for those in authority or the decency to follow rules designed to keep the park and its occupants safe. read more

To say that we have had bad luck with lawn service companies would be an understatement. The last…read morecompany we used before we thought we had sold our home (a whole other drama) was excellent, but when we moved back we decided that the answer to our problem had been staring us in the face for ten years. Stap Brothers has been taking meticulous care of our neighbor's lawn for the past ten years and I have no idea why I never bothered to call them. When our grass was a little too long our neighbor's yard was just perfect and when our leaves needed to be raked, our neighbors were already done. In short Stap was always two steps ahead. Stap Brothers has a real person answering their phone which is absolutely unheard of in the lawn care business. She is sweet and helpful. Now that the Stap Brothers are taking care of our lawn we don't have yard envy any longer. Our lawn is mowed, leaves are taken care of and our eaves are cleaned. Stap will even plow our driveway when the snow starts to fall. I have no idea why we waited ten years to call, but I am seriously glad I finally did.

Who even has that many fast food cups in their car, it looked like just one man and one woman in the truck. Some of the trash hit my car. I actually am looking for a lawn care service in Kalamazoo but nothing makes me more angry than when people throw stuff on my lawn. I would never hire someone who doesn't care about breaking the law and trashing everything around them to come on my property. This company looks like it's literal trash. Unbelievable.
