The staff offered to come out and cut the tree for me. My tree was drilled, put on the shaker to remove loose needles, and bailed. They tied the tree nicely to the top of my vehicle. I contacted Mr. Eric Maly, who is the only one within this company and was informed that he doesn't have any other services booked for us and there is no credit on our account. He lied to me to state that 2 passes meant north and south, and east and west, although when we contracted him, he said 2 passes were for 2 separate sessions. Now, when we want our money back for the other half of services that he didn't provide, he tried to come up with any excuse that works. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
