Yes, it met the requirement for my CPR renewal. That said, some information presented was blatantly incorrect - like the adaptations for CPR on a pregnant person (shift the uterus/baby left not right) and why one does a cycle of CPR in children first before calling for help - hint, stem cells is not the answer. As I said, it met my renewal, but I do not recommend. read more

I took a BLS class with Dennis as an instructor and it was a great experience. At my last BLS class (at another facility) we had to watch videos and it was a snooze fest. Dennis made this class fun by telling us real-life stories that related to what we were learning, and he was funny too! This class went by fast, and everyone passed. Hands down the most painless recert that I've done in 25 years. As both an RN and medical assistant, I've been holding this BLS certification for 25 years, no lapses. That's a LOT of classes I've had the pleasure of attending. Does anyone else remember the excruciating 8 hour day they used to require? The movie, the lectures, the hands on, the choking, and always the pregnant lady thrown in at the end. I have been dreading that class for every 2 years, like clockwork. So it was with heavy heart that I went to class, prepared for the worst. And to my utter shock and delight-the class was interesting, relevant and totally enjoyable. My faith in humanity was renewed that day. Thank you for such a wonderful class handled so well. My instructor, an active EMT who's name I lamely forgot, was the bomb. She had just come off a shift with her ambulance company and had some great stories to share. Well done you all for making this dreaded chore the highlight of the day. This CPR re-new class for dental was fabulous I enjoyed it . I've been in the field for 39 years and have had to renew every two years and this was by far the best I have experienced. Just took the BLS/CPR course with Christine and highly recommend this class! Trying to find the classroom was a little confusing but everything else was great. They provided a textbook with a helpful CPR card, snacks and water and coffee were made available to us. The course material was easy to understand and follow along with, and Christine was a great teacher that engaged with our group and gave helpful critique when needed. Not gonna lie, I was dreading having to do this CPR class, ESPECIALLY on my one precious Saturday off, but our instructor Sarah made it such an awesome experience! She was funny, knowledgeable, very open and willing to answer questions and just a pleasure to be around. Her style of teaching made it easy to actually retain the information. Best experience ever!! Okay, so today I had a class scheduled and was nervous the whole week following up to the day maybe because its been a while since I have taken any type of class or been in that type of atmosphere. Let me tell you though that the moment walking in until walking out was great! The instructor Dennis was welcoming and so funny you didn't even feel like you were in a class. The class was small and intimate. The hands-on training and learning flew by so fast I was a little sad it was over. They had coffee and water as well as snacks and everything! The 3 star review comes from the first aid class. Between the 3 people I was paying for, I spent $90 for a 20 minute video that was extremely basic and really did not provide much information. Started kinda rocky when i registered last week but theres a reason they have there good ratings. I honestly did not think i would be changing this to a 5 star but they nailed it. Anyone who is a decent person knows everyone makes mistakes its how you bounce back. If you have any issues with anything just contact them and politely ask for a manager. On to the nitty gritty 1-star for ease of class , good practical and a well thought out .Great info and instruction 1-star for price i shopped around thry are very reasonable and offer coupon codes often 1-star for atmosphere, everything from clean and new to snacks and wifi warm presence and a fun encouraging class setting 1- proffesionalism . They mean proffesionalism when they sag it , top notch customer service AND THEY OWN AND FIX THERE MISTAKES PEOPLE DONT EVEN DONT THAT AS INDIVIDUALS!!! 1- Star because i trully feel like i know the material and could apply it !!!
