He was knowledgeable and efficient - within 15 min the house was cooling again and within an hour he was finishing up the rest of the service. Scheduling staff (spoke to Stephanie, Tori & Amy) were super friendly and, obviously, care about their technicians (they won't schedule diagnostic appointments in the afternoon if your air handler is in the attic - can you blame them??? It has to be 140 degrees up there in the summer!!). Anyway - we will continue to call on the Cook's team for our HVAC service!!

He answered every question I asked about HVAC and told me ways to actually maintain the system better. I also asked for some recommendations for vents and such to perhaps help out with the hot/cold situations during the seasons which he happily offered some suggestions. Not many techs will tell you that you can probably find information on the Internet, but he'll suggest.... (insert brand), but he did. That's awesome service. We don't get HVAC service done every year, but when we do, we choose Wall-Turner.
