Scheduling staff (spoke to Stephanie, Tori & Amy) were super friendly and, obviously, care about their technicians (they won't schedule diagnostic appointments in the afternoon if your air handler is in the attic - can you blame them??? Absolutely unacceptable experience with Eastbend. Our warranty company initially sent them out to…read moreinspect out our ac unit, and they claimed there were multiple leaks and beyond repair. With guest coming to stay at our home we reached out to a friend who charge the unit and got back running with no issues. The warranty company requested better documentation and photos to support Eastbend diagnose. Eastbend came back out and suddenly, their entire story changed- they then claimed the unit was "fine" and did not need any repairs. So which is it? Beyond repairs or perfectly fine? this level of inconstancy is very unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the accuracy and honesty of their assessments. Based on my experience, we would strongly advise other to avoid using Eastbend. We have zero confidence in their evaluation and would not use them again under any circumstances.

Our heat/air system is still under warranty so we knew we wouldn't have to pay for any parts. Brady Flanary came out on and Sunday and we were charged a service fee that we felt was reasonable since it was on the weekend. But this is where they take advantage of you...we were told that it was the motor and they would have to get the part on Monday and he gave us an estimate in the mid-$700 range. My spouse called me to tell me the price and we both agreed that the estimate was way too high. I called the Brady & Flanary office and spoke to a very nice lady, whose name I won't disclose, and I asked why in the world the estimate was so high and I asked what their hourly labor rate was. She stated that she couldn't give me the hourly rate because it was a "flat fee" and that we are also charged for the technician to go to the warehouse to pick up the part and that was part of the fee. Seriously?? My spouse and I thought surely the estimate would come down drastically. Ha! Boy, were we wrong. The technician returned on Monday, spent 45 minutes putting in the new part and handed my husband a bill for over $800 FOR 45 MINUTES OF WORK!!! Are you kidding me??? Brady Flanary, how dare you take advantage of people like that. How in the world do you sleep at night??
