I sent her pictures of my face after, and informed her that I had to be treated by a dermatologist. She offered no refund or compensation for my medical bill. She said that this can happen sometimes. I think that would be something a client should be told prior to this service. I'm sure that they would opt out of the service. I believe it was a poor excuse for negligence. I wouldn't give one star, but the review required selecting at least one star.
