Less than 2 weeks after having a full acrylic set done my nails are FALLING OFF. I've never had an…read moreacrylic set to fall off. I've broken them before and I've spent HOURS with acetone trying to get them off but never had them fall off. I am so unhappy with them. The lady that did mine hurt me several times with the file and would just said "oop sorry" and the nails were so thick that I wasn't satisfied to begin with but decided I just wouldn't return there and leave it at that. I have several ingrown toe nails that were just left and now are sore as can be and I'll ruin my polish if I try to remove them myself. I just wouldn't recommend. You can see how red the corners of my toes are next to the toe nails on a few of my toes and how the polish is uneven. $95 for a mani pedi and it was a WASTE of money. I did try to call and was told I need a fill in before two weeks NEVER have I needed a fill in before two weeks was even up. he said "I can fix for you," but you pay for fill in on nails that not fall off," yeah I just won't go back... period

It was painful, and it took a month or so to look normal again. I would not let this person touch my skin. I sent her pictures of my face after, and informed her that I had to be treated by a dermatologist. She offered no refund or compensation for my medical bill. She said that this can happen sometimes. I think that would be something a client should be told prior to this service. I'm sure that they would opt out of the service. I believe it was a poor excuse for negligence. I wouldn't give one star, but the review required selecting at least one star.
