I've been to just about every one of the produce junction's in this locally owned chain from the beginning 30 years ago! The one thing that's the same across all of them is that you get good value for the amount of produce even if you have to chuck a piece or two into the compost pile. What's sets them apart and garners a five star review is the fact that they have a large parking lot that is shaped well and easy to navigate compared to many of the other ones. Then surprise of all surprises when you get out of your car the front edge of the store looks like it was architect designed. Picture this : Large tall windows that bring wonderful light into the store and make you feel welcomed. Once inside the surface area for two lines for the fruit and veggies are very long compared to other PJs. Much easier to line up And the final and best thing about this place is the employees are very friendly here. It's only 30 minutes away from my house and as the other ones that I go to are in the 15 to 30 minute range anyway, I think I have found my new go to Produce Junction

I've thrown quite a few fundraisers in the past few years and have had a very little budget to work with. Trips to Produce Junction, specifically this location have became something I've done often... PJ's as many of you know is a great place for not only dirt cheap bulk fruits, veggies, garnish items and bundles of fresh herbs, but also for ridiculously inexpensive florals. In other words, a great place to throw together a complete party on the cheap! The only catch is, you need to use the produce quick, like within a few days and you should get there first thing in the morning on a Friday before a weekend event for the freshest flowers and also for your pick of the best variety. I've been to my fair share of PJs and this is by far my favorite. There's and entire room for plants alone and another section for just stems. They have the largest section of florals and plants out of all the locations I've been to. They also have some rather large ones such as tiered topiaries in the spring for example. They always have seasonal items too! I've also been here when they're unloading fresh batches of goodies so if you don't see something or need more of something, just ask. They often have more in the back! PJ is ideal for juicers! I know first hand just how many fruit and veggies go into one fresh juice. The amount you get for your money here is insane. I mean, an entire pound of fresh ginger?! Crazy! You'll also find some fruits and veggies to make you step out of your comfort zone. Each time I'm here I find a new items I've never heard of before and I'm a huge veggie and fruit eater. Try one out each time! I love that about PJ! All Produce Junctions are cash only. There is and ATM on site but the fee is $4 or so. Come prepared with cash and count along with them as they bag. I've had a few instances where they over charged me.

I have no idea where they get their produce, but it has just been horrible for the last 6 months.

Sold me bad pomegranate on more than one occasion. Half the people don't speak English and they don't accept credit cards.

I've been eating Erivan Yogurt for many years. I love the tart flavor and its silky texture…read more Excellent over fruit, especially blueberries, and a great addition to smoothies. When I make salmon croquettes I add a couple of tablespoons to the mixture to tone down the fishy taste of the fish. My favorite yogurt!!!!

Erivan has AMAZING customer service…read more I purchased the yogurt from Whole Foods to help restore my microbiome after an intense round of antibiotics. I was super excited to find Erivan as I had read many good reviews on the internet! However, upon opening the yogurt seemed a little "clumpy" and I was unsure if it had gone bad even though expiration was two weeks from today. I called Erivan and they let me me know that at some point in the distribution process the yogurt must have been accidentally frozen which caused the whey to separate. I am going to assume Whole Foods likely had Erivan in a fridge that was too cold or it got left in a freezer zone, such a shame that they did not practice better quality control! Erivan let me know that the yogurt was still perfectly safe to use and I plan on cooking with it later today! The man I spoke with on the phone apologized for my experience, explained the whey/freezer situation AND refunded me for the two containers I purchased. It was above and beyond what I expected considering I only called to see if this was normal for their brands. I will absolutely purchase this yogurt again (& hope WF didn't freeze it)! I also hope to visit the micro-dairy where they create it one day! Thanks for hiring such great employees and for being so customer centric. Cheers!

My review for MOM's will be aimed towards the Pinball machines they offer versus the market…read moreportion, which is smaller than you'd expect. MOM's has plenty of parking and shares the building with a Family Dollar. To find the pinball machines, which have their own area, head towards to the checkouts on the left. During my visit, they had over a dozen pinball machines from various eras, and all were in excellent playing condition. Machines were only 50 cents per play with a change machine provided. I found the two most interesting machines to be Riverboat Gambler and Taxi, which I am not sure I've seen before. There were also several arcade cabinets. If you like playing reasonably priced pinball machines in excellent condition, MOM's is absolutely worth the stop.

A bit disappointed on my second trip here…read more Three of the pinball machines took our money and there was no metal ball to play in the machine! The games were Houdini, Riverboat Gambler, and I forget the third one. One of the games the ball got struck and I had to wiggle the ball to get it free however the machine registered it as a tilt and went dark and shut down as a result. I guess in any arcade you will have some broken machines, but they literally ask the participant playing the game to scan a QR code on their phone to alert them of any broken machines. For those of you that are not in the know, you are never supposed to scan random QR codes as people can hack into your phones. Yes, you probably won't be hacked as the QR code is inside the pinball glass but WTF. On another sour note, I was totally out of coffee at my home and was going to grind some coffee beans as all their coffees need to be grind due to them not offering any already ground coffee. Welp, after seeing the unkempt machine with guck on it I chose to leave empty handed. Now for the good, I did not notice the first time I was here, but they even have already poured water for you in a plastic cup that you can help yourself too. This is in addition to free coffee and tea you can have while here. I haven't given up on this place just a bit disappointed on my second trip.
