KA R.- In reply to your false statement, I regret to say that I was simply surprised at your feedback. Actually, it has aided me in understanding how ill informed some people can be! I use the word ill informed because I would like to believe that it was not a deliverate act of aggression or ill intent. To tell a lie is one thing, but to in detail fabricate a whole incident based on lies is a complete other thing . First of all, allow me address the following: Ma am' I was never your listing agent (lie #1) I do not represent and have not represented any buyers on any Bank Owned properties in at least the last 3 years+-so please get your facts correct.. (lie #2) with all due respect, it is customary for listing brokers to request proof of funds & qualifying criteria from their agents and lenders in order to determine early on if a person qualifies. I share this so you understand what the process entails when dealing with multiple offers. I hope in the future, this might be helpful in deciphering what is a fact. I regret I cannot refer to you by your name, I regret even moreso not knowing what your "intent" behind such an act! I hope I have at the very least helped you understand how acquiring a property in an REO market has worked for 1000's of families that have acquired their "Bank Owned" homes through this process, I, did not set the standard, it is simply logical. Good Luck! read more
