DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I took my car for repair in Feb 2023. It's July and my car has not been fixed properly. They had ass fix uour car and tell you it's fixed. Do not use this business. They are disorganized and sloppy in every single aspect. I brought my car here after it was stolen. The people who stole it ran it into something, messed up the front grill, removed the rear-view mirror, damaged the front driver's side door so it scraped when it opened, and tore out the steering column so it could be started without a key. Throughout the process, I attempted to contact the business to talk about my vehicle, the repairs it needed, and pricing. They referred me to the email every time I called, then proceeded to never answer that email. This happened multiple times. Finally I called, and they said it was ready to pick up at 3 that afternoon. I took an Uber up there at 3, and it was not ready. They did not bother to contact me to tell me it could not be picked up at that time despite setting up an appointment earlier in the day. They told me to come back between 8:15 - 8:30 the next day. I went there at that time, no one was there. They don't open till 9 and decided not to show up on time for yet another appointment they themselves made. Then they told me the car would be pulled around soon. Around 4 times they told me they'd be pulling it around, and didn't. 3 1/2 hours past the time they told me to be there, they finally pulled it around. The steering column was still ripped out. No attempt to fix it had been made. The front driver's side door had an outside dent fixed, but still scraped and made noise when you opened the door. The rear-view mirror - which was not on the estimate, but could have been added if they ever communicated with me or Geico - was not replaced. They also left their own trash in the car, and the Panda Express cup they left had been sitting in there so long in the heat that when we went to remove it, the bottom fell out and soda went all over the car. They contacted me after I took the car home, because they knew I was angry about the work that was not done. They then proceeded to say that some things weren't on the estimate - they were - and then said that my car was a 2022 Ford Focus. It is a 2021 Kia Forte. They then proceeded to say that the estimate sent to them was for a 2016 Focus - until I opened the email I sent to them and it absolutely was not. So so far they have, in order: had awful communication, an incredible amount of disorganization, did not fix what they were supposed to fix, made me wait several hours and spend a lot of money I did not need to spend going back and forth to appointments and timings they were unable to keep, and then didn't even manage to get the vehicle they were working on right when they attempted to contact. They stated they would have the piece in to fix the steering column the next day, which would be Wednesday and that they would fix it "free of charge" - despite it being something that should already have been done anyway. I told them because of work, I wouldn't be able to come in till Monday. I called on Monday to see if it was there, and wanted to discuss pricing, because clearly the work that should have been done was not done and I was being overcharged. I was told that no, it was not there, they were still waiting on a piece. Again. If I had gone up there, I would have wasted my time for the third time in a row based on appointments set BY THE BUSINESS. I asked to speak to the owner. The owner decided to insult me, tell me he would kick my ass if I came in, or if he ever saw me on the street, and insulted my sister who came with me on the first trip, calling her my "bald-headed girl" and threatened to kick her ass, too. He called me a pussy repeatedly. Do not use this service. The owner will respond to this talking about "all the things we did for free!" like he has on every other negative review, but those things are things that were never asked for, not included in the estimate, and were completely pointless in light of all the things that SHOULD have been fixed that WEREN'T. A complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau. They deserve to be shut down. read more

Firstly, I'd like to say that I wish this could have been resolved. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO MY WORSE ENEMY!! I was offered repair on my car from when they originally did the work in sept 2019 and come to find out after a few local shop visit for inspection into the insurance work that they are suppose to do. They got 8-9 grand out of me and only fixed 1/8 of the problem. POCKETED ALL MY MONEY AND SCREWED ME. Only my bumper was replaced and my panels were banging on with a hammer and just thrown back together. Insurance paid for my frame to be pulled and this SHOP DOESNT EVEN HAVE A FRAME MACHINE. A friend of mines took his RED CHARGER TO GET PAINTED AND SAME ISSUE THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A PAINT BOOTH, MESSED UP THIS CAR NUMEROUS OF TIMES BEFORE HE WAS REFUNDED HIS MONEY. I ASKED TO BE REFUNDED OR A PARTIAL REFUND BECAUSE I DO NOT TRUST THAT THE WORK WILL BE DONE RIGHT PERIOD AND WHO WOULD HAVE YOU WERE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AS A WOMAN. THEY CON ME OUT OF MY MONEY AND ASKED THE INSURANCE FOR MORE. Offered to patch it up with sealant when I'm in taking water into my trunk, it flooded and damaged everything in my trunk hundreds of dollars and my tail lights keep blowing because of water intake, so I had to replace the lights twice due to the frame not sitting right and the light sticking out improperly. I GOT INTO A MAJOR AGRUMENT WITH THE OWNER ON THE PHONE WHICH CLAIMS TO NOT BE THE OWNER, TALKING ABOUT I WAITED TOO LONG. I didn't get an receipt, invoice or anything. I simply told him, I live 5 minutes from the shop, I don't drive during the night or use my trunk often so I didn't notice anything til now. However I took it to him twice to fix the problem and was told to come back, he showed up late and I had my stepdad drive from pleasant grove 35 at 8AM for a no show, when he told me to come on this day. WHY WOULD I LET YOU FIX IT WHEN I HAVE GIVEN MANY OPPORTUNITIES. MY FRIEND DIDNT HAVE LUCK SO WHY WOULD I. ITS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOWN RIGHT INSURANCE FRAUD. He was going to take everything apart just to see if I can get my car totaled out, when in all reality he didn't fix anything but my bumper. Proof is in the picture. I would have taken legal action but I was told it could take 9 months to recover anything. YOU WONT RECOMMEND ANYONE THERE, I RATHER LET A HOMELESS PERSON FIX MY CAR. Thank god for progressive, any time I was told something by these people, I called my adjuster and he walked me through what was not done picture by picture.
