Weather was not on our side throughout the project but his crew labored on, despite the sometimes horrible conditions the crew was always polite and in good spirits. Despite the delays caused by mother nature and the extra time the job took because of them the price of the job didn't change. Daily Jake explained to me what was going on, showed me the progress and explained to me what they were doing and why, I was happy they didn't cut corners and made an extra effort to give me the best work / product possible. They were also extremely conservative with materials, making sure to minimize waste and thus minimize cost, something I haven't seen from contractors I've worked with in the past. In the end I felt like Reiner Construction built my home like they were building it for one of their own family members, the quality, attention to detail and experience was unmatched. I would recommend them to anyone, and will definitely be hiring them again in the spring for my next project their work and work ethic is completely inline with their pricing, they weren't the cheapest bid I got on the job, but I am certain I would not have gotten the quality and peace of mind had I not gone with them. You get what you pay for, and in this case I couldn't be happier.

Greg was our project manager and an excellent communicator via text, email, and phone calls at all times of the day - I swear the man doesn't sleep! We lived in our home during the 4 month renovation project and Greg was outstanding at explaining which crew would be onsite each day, which was reassuring from a security perspective. Furthermore, Greg was constantly checking in with me to gauge my satisfaction and he worked really well with my kitchen and bath designer. When issues arose, Greg contacted me immediately to provide suggested solutions and his professional recommendations, which I appreciated. I never felt like I was being sold on a larger scope solution. Greg works with the best and tidiest tradesmen in Chicagoland. I would recommend any of the carpenters, tile installers, masons, electricians, flooring installers, painters, and wallpaper installers that Greg used during our project. At the end of each day they spent the last 20-30 minutes cleaning up the worksite - very much appreciated. I would recommend MG Bros Construction for anyone looking to do a home remodel. I had a vision and they implemented it perfectly. I'm looking forward to our upstairs remodel in the next 5 years - I'll definitely be using Greg and his team again!

We hired Danny to tile our fireplace, paint our bedroom, and do some miscellaneous handy man work. Danny showed extreme patience and transparency with us, making sure we were all aligned moving forward. Finding such a trusting and reliable contractor can be so hard these days. We have had our slew of contractors who don't show up for days on end or do shoddy work, and somehow feel like they can be annoyed at us when we call them with complaints. Danny showed absolutely none of those signs. He was upfront with us in the beginning and really worked with our budget. What's more, he showed up ON TIME everyday when he said he would - 10 AM on the dot. Danny is our go to contractor from now on. I previously had some bad experiences with other contractors that I found through "Angie's List," those hired contractors failed to meet the expectations, and the scope of an assignment. However, not only did Marty Mar exceed expectations, but delivered very timely on the assignment. For example, they demonstrated their professionalism in every aspect from showing up on time, to using shoe covers during the job, and keeping the work area clean. Furthermore, they were transparent with the timeline, gave us options with different paint products, and explained pricing/quality. They painted our basement and fixed a big crack in the living room ceiling, which was caused by our house settling. I'm planning to reach out to them with my future painting and drywall repair needs. I am also glad that I am supporting a family-owned business.
