ProColor provided a great experience. While my car was being fixed my insurance company provided 20 days of car rental in accordance to my policy. When the 20 days were up I called ProColor to see if my car was done, and told me that it will take another week and I told Carlos that I had to return my rental, to their reply they said to keep the rental until the car is finished and they will take care of the bill which shows me that they care about the customers situation. One of the things that annoys me about having to deal with an accident is all of the busy work that is involved with getting your car repaired. All I can say is you can do a better job yourself at home with superglue & spray paint! This non insurance approved shop had my sons car for 5 MONTHS!!!! And guess what they paid him to pick it up! Why because they screwed up his suspension! How did my son find out???? Well he took it to a professional shop n guess what almost all body parts are OEM knock offs and half were not installed correctly! After submitting multiple quote requests via Yelp, Carlos the owner replied to me very quickly and with one of the fairest quotes I received. He assured me that he could match the paint on my car while other body shops refused to do so, saying the paint wouldn't adhere to the plastic. He did not disappoint. When I received the car, the skirts and diffuser I requested them to paint looked excellent. He even mentioned to me that he probably should've quoted me more for the unanticipated work they had to do, but still honored the initial pricing. The turn around time was also very quick.
