He was clawing at the muzzle and his expression looked panicky. It was the worst few minutes of his life and at the last minute I removed the muzzle no matter what they said. I don't think he was aware it was removed and I'm sorry I didn't do it sooner. I will never get that out of my head. They were wrong about him being aggressive, he only growled because they were giving the injection, like any other dog would do in that situation. I will never take another pet member there again.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating when our cat had problems urinating. Fearing a blockage I called the local vet that we normally take her to who told me that they couldn't see her because they were booked (even though it was possibly a life threatening matter). They told us to take her to an emergency clinic (which is very costly) 45 miles away. I called Nokomis Veterinary clinic and they got her right in with no problem. The vet tech Amy was very kind, knowledgeable and eager to help. Dr. Meghan was fantastic. She did a thorough exam and explained everything in detail. She was very gentle with our fur baby. After 3 injections, an IV and 2 take home meds we left with a kitty who felt much better and continued on to a full recovery. The bill was very minimal. Thank you Dr. Megan and Amy for an awesome experience. You have won our business for all of our animals.
