Horrible first impression. I called in December for an appointment and was basically brushed off…read moresaying they booked but would call me to set an appointment after the new year. Never got a call back. I called again for for appointment, this time I was able to schedule an appointment but was told to call back with insurance information. I gathered my information as I am double insured. Called back and spent a considerable amount of time getting providing my insurance info so I can be cleared for my appointment. I show up for my appointment only for the check in person to tell there is no insurance information attached to my file. What a waste of time. I left and will look for an office with competent employees. They may have good dentists but you have to get past incompetent reception first.

The team is very professional and informative so you can feel comfortable about your dental health. Special shoutout to Amer and Des for the great work! Usually most people (myself included) fear the dentist for the potential costs that come with it. Ofelia here did a great job at breaking down the costs and different payment plans for my treatment so that I had different options I could take. Set up my next appointment with ease with the help of Gracie at the front desk. Overall this Dental office is awesome! If you are like me, someone who is nervous about visiting the dentist, have no fear cause you are in the right hands.

Bottom line: I left feeling like I may have been misinformed about the condition of my teeth. I was…read moretold I had multiple cavities and needed crowns, but after getting a second opinion from my longtime dentist, I was told I had no cavities. That major difference in diagnosis was very concerning and made me lose trust in the practice. Full story below: I chose this dentist based on the positive reviews, but my experience was very disappointing. One thing that immediately concerned me was learning that patients were being offered an incentive for leaving reviews, which made me question how genuine those ratings really are. During my visit, the overall atmosphere felt insincere. What was most upsetting was being told I had three cavities and needed crowns, despite having seen my regular dentist only three months earlier. That diagnosis did not sit right with me, especially because it seemed to be presented before a thorough exam, and when I asked questions, I felt dismissed rather than respected. Because I was uncomfortable, I followed up with my longtime dentist for a second opinion, driving all the way to Riverside because I trust him. I was then told I had no cavities, and that the only possible issue was an older root canal that may need to be redone. That huge difference in diagnosis left me with serious concerns about the accuracy and honesty of my visit here. I am sharing this because I think patients deserve to feel informed, respected, and confident that recommended treatment is truly necessary. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Poor communication and dishonest billing practices. Billed me for "comprehensive exam" when only…read moreone tooth was examined and addressed. Nothing about my other teeth, gum health, jaw problems that I mentioned during intake. When I contacted them about fixing the billing, I never received a response. I was also promised a follow up on my insurance, didn't receive one. Also I booked my appointment with Dr Laura, but received an exam from Dr Katelyn instead. Would have been fine, however I didn't find the bedside manner to be great. For example when I mentioned that I wanted braces she simply asked "Why?" I found this odd since previous dentists had observed issues with my jaw alignment, bite, and teeth crowding.. but this time the dentist seemed confused as to why I'd even want braces. If a comprehensive exam was truly given in the first place, I don't think it would have been a question. Another example: after examining my cracked tooth she said matter-of-factly "I think we both know that it needs to go". Actually no I didn't know, that's why I wanted to get it examined in the first place rather than asking for an extraction. Weird vibes the whole time, just seemed annoyed like I was wasting her time. The place wasn't busy when I went, but wait times were very long. In total I spent about 1 hour and 30 minutes there. The actual exam was less than 10 minutes. I added one star because the lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming.

Like a true team, Dr. Paz handled the below gum work and Dr Tamir, the above...can you tell what I had replaced? Trust this team I've always found this office to be professional and conservative with treatment, if they say you need it, listen before you do more damage with time and decay like me. No scams and it never feels like a car dealership. So in December 2025, they gave me the bad news and coordinated a plan: an extraced tooth, a deep cleaning and a bridge... but of course a month later I had a major life emergency because Murphy's Law...I communicated my situation and we adapted the timeline and got done what i could so I could minimize the decay/need more expensive implants. Many months later just had my first post work done cleaning with my superflossin' hygenist Lourdes...and noone on the street or that I've kissed can tell what I was missing a tooth a couple months back... btw, nothing about my procedures hurt a lot.... except having to use my Care Credit...which they accept and is great if you need 0% financing (just pay it off in time).
